This is the kind of place that gets you salivating as you think about it and prepare for it, then you inhale the food, and then feel guilty for the rest of the week for giving into your urges. Their thing is burgers and fries. They have single or double burgers with or without cheese, burgers on baguettes, and halal meet so your Muslim friends aren't left out! All served with fries and a can of soda for around 7 euro. Their fries are crispy and greasy.. perfect pairing for the greasy burgers. You get to pick from a variety of sauces to go with your burger and fries. My favorite is called "sauce Algerian" which is a spicy version of the Big Mac sauce which many people compare to Thousand Island dressing. The burgers are topped with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy onion bits. The double burger with cheese on a regular burger bun is my favorite. Balancing everything inside a bun and making it juicy & hot but fresh is an act of pure devotion to the Burger cause which requires the utmost method. My visit to Le Camion Qui Fume was simply great. I, for one, am totally for mayo in a classic burger as opposed to what Ketchup aficionados would tell you.
