We were in Bonita Springs for fourth of July weekend and were hungry at 10 PM on a Saturday. To our suprise, NOTHING was open. So when we stumbled upon Jet's Pizza, it was like a light at the end of the tunnel. This little spot is delicious! It did not disappoint. We got the NY style pizza with the turbo crust and it was sooooo goooooood. We also did the wings which was baked and drenched in sauce (mmmm). We did order a coke and they packaged a coke zero :( but it didnt matter cause the food made up for it. The service was great too! We were greeted and helped right away and the worker also hooked it up with free ranch because we were the last customers of the day. 10/10 experience. Would recommend! read more

I have a very specific order and call in fairly often so the staff has gotten to know me and my order. We ordered a pizza from Jet's for dinner recently, our first time trying this pizza place in Bonita Springs. We opted for the Greek Pizza, with deep dish crust since they had a promotion on it and went to pick it up. The place is small, works fine for pick up or delivery, not for dinning in. The pizza got home warm, it is in squares, fresh vegetables: olives, peppers, tomatoes, red onions, I didn't feel enough Feta cheese on it, not Greek enough, but decent overall. The Greek dressing is just OK. Not an amazing pizza, but it's an option if you don't want to make dinner one night. No issues at the store, pizza was ready, so that's a plus! read more

Good pizza. I ordered late last night without looking at a menu. I order a 1 topping pepperoni and a 2 topping sausage and black olive pizza for 2 adults and a child. I did get cinnamon bread. I have been trying to find a decent pizza place , and I was very pleased with Jets in Bonita Springs. The gentleman that I picked up my order from was efficient and courteous. The pizza was very good. I was very glad to have found a place that uses real mozzarella . The cheese did not dry up like a paper plate. The sauce was tasty and the toppings were fresh and abundant. We're very disappointed. We used to be so impressed with the food and service at this Jet's. Whenever we ordered pizza for delivery, the order would arrive ahead of the estimated time and the food would be fresh and hot. But the last two times we ordered, since the new management took over, the delivery takes way longer than the estimated time they gave and the pizza is barely warm. Ok so I saw the commercial and the pizza looked great so I thought I would try it out. The website pictures looked amazing also. Well....I got a large half cheese, half mushroom NY style. This is the smallest large I have ever had. I googled the diameter of a large pizza and it is 14", mine was about 12. My mom said the mushrooms tasted like they came from a can. The pizza was overcooked which is an option that I did not ask for. The pizza cost 16.91. Yes I measured my pizza. The pizza tasted basic. Not worth the money. These people make a pretty good pan pizza. Delivery is abysmal and customer service is weak. Moreover, the online ordering is somewhat confusing and then promised delivery approximately 50 minutes after ordering. This timing allows for a 30 minute delivery. Interesting, in that we are 1.8 miles from the store. Despite all that, todays delivery is now 40 minutes later than promised. I called the store, and got cut off after I spoke to their robot. When I reached them after a second call I was told traffic was bad. This isn't LA, nor is it rush hour at 7:30. There are other good alternatives. I will pizza elsewhere. read more

I called the store after the pizza was already 15 minutes late and was told by Ed that they were busy and their is nothing they could do about it. They have no control over their "own" online system to change delivery times. I asked if they would be refunding my delivery charge and got a blunt response of no. I responded so you are not willing to compensate me in anyway and he said no. I also asked how much of the outrageous 5.50 charge goes to the driver and his response was 0.00!
