Shitty return policy - will not come back again. Almost any other place allows better returns. Calling them made it sound like they were good to return but they are terrible at communication. I recommend the many other surf shops that are a dime a dozen around here who have larger and better selections and better price. They don't have shitty parking lots and shittier service who constantly annoy you while shopping. read more

I called to tell them I would be there by closing. I'm a local and have a friend of my son staying with us and it's his 16th birthday. The young lady on the phone said there was no way she would stay past 6. Just having left work I broke every law of the road to get there by 5:59 only to have the door locked in the birthday boy's face. We shop there exclusively for teens as there is nothing else on the Island. It's a store run by lazy uninformed teenagers with absentee owners. It's a poor excuse for a surf shop with no decent selection of surf gear, boards, or skateboards. It's just an overpriced clothing store with horrible customer service. For a real surf shop with top of the line water sports equipment and skateboards, plus friendly knowledgeable and professional staff take a short ride to the Old Naples Surf Shop. read more

Upon walking in we felt like the owner was suspicious of us we were uncomfortable. This owner was so unprofessional and simply plain rude. I was about to spend $300 and instead of supporting a small business, I walked out! I had a couple friends in the fitting rooms and was asking to see what they had on and he was treating us like thieves. He kept asking for the hangers and how many items we had. I have two little boys and he was upset with them interacting with me telling me to keep them away. He offended the three of us and my children. I won't support this business. I have been coming to this island for 40 years. I won't tolerate an owner like this. Note to owner! If you have an LP issue then don't try to fix the problem with clients who have money. Change your store layout and give your patrons GOOD customer service, not offensive service that turns them away. read more

Brought my kids and husband here to look for masks, snorkels, beach shoes, etc., while on vacation. One of the most unfriendly group of employees I've ever encountered. I will never spend money there again. Not really not did the staff not say a simple "Hello" when we walked in, they gave us dirty looks the entire time we shopped. Never again. We love Jetset Surf Shop! Came down about 10 years ago and bought awesome sunglasses that lasted forever. Just came back this past weekend with the intention of buying a hat for my husband, but the owner saw my husband limping and after my husband told him he had a broken foot, the owner showed my him the most comfortable yet durable pair of shoes ever from Olukai, a brand we'd never heard of. We bought three pair! This is not a cheap t-shirt store but we don't really need another cheap t-shirt that will end up in the back of our closets All the apparel there is name brand, high quality, reasonably priced, and will stand the test of time. Plus the customer service at the store is great. We highly recommend the shop and will go back again next year. read more

Jetset has nice stuff for a high price. Unfortunately, my experience was negative. I was looking at some sunglasses around close time. I felt pressured to leave at 5:55 pm when they closed at 6 pm. I purchased the glasses and asked about the return policy - the middle aged man told me they have to come back as they left. I brought them back the next day. As I walked in the door he comment, " I saw this coming", as he rolled his eyes. I asked what he meant by that, and he went on to say he knew I would come back which felt like he was mocking me with the young high school aged worker that was there also. Upon trying to return them, he told me I scratched them and he wouldn't return them. Also, with Stickers still on the glasses, he accused me of tampering with them to make them appear "unused". He also mentioned that he did a thorough inspection before he sold them to me... Which he didn't because he was busy trying to rush me out the door. I visit Marco island every year for a weekly get away. I will not go back due to the poor customer service this manager offered. For a couple dollars margin on a pair of cheap glasses they chose to loose a yearly customer - along with all my friends that come down as well. Seems like a costly prideful act. You can find similar gear in other locations within driving distance. read more

This is a higher price-point swimwear and beach stuff store in the northern part of Marco Island. Lots of flip-flops, suits and rash guards as well as boards and other hardware. Honestly, I think it' a little pricey -- as in it would be more appropriate to find these prices closer to the resorts down-Island. The sales staff, here, knows their product lines and top-to-bottom, the place feels like it's trying to fit-in somewhere between retail establishment and pro-shop -- but let's face it: it'll never match the hard core joints you'd see in So California or Down the Shore in the Dirty Jerz... read more

wife wanted new water shoes... we had previously purchased teva water socks here before a few years back but hers would rub on her ankles... because my wife has weird feet (dont ask) so we came by again to try some more..some more shoe like than water socks they had a decent selection of teva shoes(the kind we like) and other brands as well.. after her trying on several pairs she found some she liked.. and we even found a pair for our 3 yo daughter.... so if u are looking for Teva shoes (which we highly recommend) definately check them out read more
