I had to sit down and wait, which was fine, but I witnessed the attitudes of the people working- they talked rude to people- and down to them in general. They were nice to me, but on older woman asked about her "puffer" more than once and the lady working finally replied "do you mean inhaler?!" - no need for all that- she knew what the lady meant.
