When I called to speak with the manager, I explained that this was the second time I've had issues. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was combative, told me the GM instructed them not to give ketchup unless asked, and then hung up on me when I asked for their name. Good food doesn't make up for poor service. Hanging up on a customer and dismissing feedback is unacceptable. Guthrie's needs to train staff better because this experience makes me think twice about returning.

Whenever we have family coming down to visit from up north we always take them to Gus's or get Gus's takeout. Even my Russian mother who has never tried fried chicken before loved it. Only con I have is that the past year or two, the chicken marinade has gotten significantly spicier so sometimes you'll get a piece of crispy skin in your mouth that is covered in spice and you'll begin choking on it because it catches you off guard, but even that's worth it.
