Some repairs are carried out on site and others can be sent away for repair and it is possible to arrange for items to be engraved. There is some parking just outside the parade of shops and it is just around the corner from the shoppers car park. It is a very small shop, with a step up into it, so does not have the easiest access for disabled shoppers, although there is always a chair available for anyone who needs to sit while waiting.

The sizing took about 10-12 days but was so worth the wait. At first they were worried about doing at as such a big change in size the ring might have lost it's shape causing the Diamonds to pop out but 3 years on it's still perfect! Now needs to be even smaller (sad face) but has kept it's shine really well despite not yet having it cleaned once. Ooops. Second purchase was my beautiful Engagement Ring, A White Gold Diamond cluster which also had to be re-sized. Staff were really good at sorting it quickly and efficiently for me and again still keeping it gorgeous shine over 2 years on. For price and quality this store is by far the best in this Center (Forget cheapo H Samuel!) Also, working in the Shopping Center whilst having one of these re-sizing's done I found it very nice of one of the ladies to come and tell me at my place of work that my ring was ready! Ok, so she did also come to buy one of my freshly baked Muffin's but so nice of her nonetheless!

They sometimes have sme nice bits of secondhand jewellery which you can get at a cheaper price than buying it brandnew. They do repairs and can solder charms on bracelets and they do a good job.
