The shop is small but has a huge window display which is nicely laid out. To get into the shop you have to ring a bell(me personally think this is protection for themselves) and many people dont like doing this. The staff are friendly and they let you try on the jewellery excluding earrings to see if you like it. Rathbone jewellers is quite an expensive jewellers and havent really moved with the times. On one occasion, I had to order a ring from Swag. I received a call when it was ready and the service was outstanding. I was even fed quality streets while I waited in the store now you can't get much better than that!
