I also have a rare 3rd guinea coin purchased in 2003. It is my favorite piece of jewellery and I treasure it. The setting needed some work and I won't let anyone near me touch my ring (we live in California!). We were traveling to the UK for a wedding this summer and were able to stop in Bury to get the ring repaired. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to call ahead during the days before our trip but, when we arrived, Guy not only remembered the coin but also was extremely accommodating about fixing it. We left it with him and set off for lunch and a walk around Bury. Two hours later, my ring was fixed for practically nothing and my daughter had a lovely new silver locket which she has been wanting for ages! The locket was also well priced. I will always stop in to Suffolk Jewellery when I am in East Anglia!

The staff are very helpful and will advise on what other items are available to you. They also repair items at extremely reasonable prices. Time to support the small businesses and obtain quality. I cannot fault them on price, service or merchandise. I thoroughly recommend Mallett's as a jeweller's and find it increasing hard to beat in this area. Second to none.
