Second visit was a combo purchase of tools, smart TV and firearm. Staff helped with locating a ratchet out of the large selection of hand tools, knowledgeable with the firearms from a great selection of hand guns and long rifles. Always share with the staff what your needs are. Example, there was not a TV on the floor that fit my needs. Shared with staff my needs and it was met with their selection of TVs from the back. Due to a technicality the current owners are no longer able to place the Mingo's sign outside. But this is the place that once was Mingo's. The current owners took it over, and from what they told me, the man who owned it when it was Mingo's still comes in every now and then to 'inspect' it, even though he is retired. Adorable. They did a great job replacing my watch battery. Friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend. They know what they're doing.

There was still dirt on both pairs of boots, the cream-colored embroidery on the one pair was so brown, I won't be able to wear them again. They're ruined. When I pointed it out to him, he stated it couldn't be cleaned (oh, really?!!?). But is there a reason why it's browner??? I'm so very disappointed. The cayman inlay boots needed more attention to detail. You can still see dirt in the crevasses. And the sole stitching...NO attention was given to that. Again, I can't state it enough, I am so very disappointed. I took the boots in because of the decent reviews. Like I said, the one pair of boots is ruined. I'll never be able to wear them again. Yay Then I recently visited with a Christmas clock I figured it was a lost cause as the minute and hour hand did not work. Explained to Mr. Martin and expected to leave it or be told it was past saving. Instead he worked his magic while I waited and only wanted to charge me for the double A battery he place in it!
