They couldn't even throw some plastic cover over shades to protect them?? - Had to twist their arm to prep front window since peeling paint left the surface uneven. Bro: if it was just about applying paint, I can do that. The prep is the hard stuff I hired you to do. Apparently, they have numerous crews with different quality. He failed to use the BM paint I paid extra for (he would not provide a receipt for the paint after numerous requests), failed to remove hardware, failed to paint the closets, failed to paint my kitchen in semi gloss, failed to properly prep new construction... He did do a great job of getting paint on my new appliances and freshly refinished floors. I gave him the opportunity to fix his mistakes and he did return and he made a poor attempt to clean up the mess he created.
