Bad communication skills. Glad I did not give any deposit. He showed up late on the day by 4 hours, had lunch with his crew in my front yard and left bags of food garbage after digging some holes he left and said they have to come back the next day, leaving the garbage in my front yard which I had to clean up. Next day they were late again and they just removed all the stuff and left didn't respond to my calls or text, turns out the ground was too wet for concrete to set quickly but he said it was because I was going to dock him $40 for leaving garbage that I had to clean up, whatever! glad i didn't waste money on this company read more

Jose responded almost immediately when I messaged on Yelp looking for someone local to repair posts and a rail on my split-rail wood fence. We made an appointment for him to come by and look at the work for an estimate; this happened within days. He arrived on time and was easy to talk to about the work. That was Friday of July 4 weekend; he told me he'd give me a quote by Monday morning, which he did. His estimate was competitive and fair, and he was able to schedule the work for later the same week. He and Jorge did the job in a few hours and did a great job.
