I highly recommend Betsy and her team. Betsy helped us clean out our entire basement and garage area. She worked with our family closely to help us clean out the stuff that had built up over the years. We were able to throw out so much unnecessary junk, but Betsy was essential in helping us go through everything to sort what we needed and what we wanted to junk. Her patience and work ethic was so valuable to our family and especially my father. After Betsy helped us clean out our basement she was then instrumental in helping us do a deep cleaning of the entire basement and ripping out the old carpet. Betsy also painted out basement and continued to help us sort and cull our stuff in the garage. Betsy and her team were wonderful to work with and we continue to hire Betsy to do other jobs after our initial basement cleaning. Betsy was extremely capable. She repaired our bathroom cabinets and put a new door on them to match perfectly. Every job we asked Betsy to do was done promptly and efficiently. I had someone come for an estimate, they set a time and then after they were scheduled to come, I got a text from the woman who did my estimate (and who owns this company I am assuming because it is her personal number written on the website) that she could not perform services out of her professional work or she would be fired. I am assuming she did not feel like driving all the way to Hope Mills, so made up some excuse. I am disappointed. read more

I highly recommend this awesome company. Betsy's response time to my initial telephone call was miraculous! I live in another state and needed lawn care for my mother's yard. After my initial call, Betsy arranged to have mom's lawn cut and beautifully manicured the very next day! She kindly texted before and after photos to me. She also spent time with me to discuss and plan a weekly maintenance schedule, which was very helpful since I live 350 miles away. I feel blessed to have found this crew. I had a very frustrating experience with this business. I initially scheduled to have some junk removed and that whole process went fine but I received a text from the business at 6:23 a.m. stating that they would not be able to arrive by my 7 a.m. scheduled appointment because the driver was "stuck out of state till tomorrow night or sat." It was frustrating because I had already rescheduled my morning to meet the time that they stated was one of only 2 availabilities that day. They also stated that they would text me the following day to schedule a time for that night or Saturday, which they did not do. I did finally receive a text two days after the original appointment asking if I was available. I asked what time and they stated, "Before noon definitely. I will send a quick txt when on the way." That left a last-minute 4 hour and 6 minute window for me to wait for people that already had demonstrated their inability to do things on a schedule. Still, I obliged and asked if I could receive a discount due to all these difficulties that were completely not my fault, to which the response was, "We can do that but will need you to pay cash." This was another last minute adjustment they expected me to make even after they told me when I initially scheduled the appointment that they do all their invoicing through PayPal. At this point, the whole situation seemed sketchy and my experience with this business had been frustrating so I kindly told them thank you, but that I would be looking elsewhere, to which they did not respond. I have a feeling that they don't realize how frustrating a situation like this is for a customer who had been nothing but flexible for them, and the fact that they didn't even fight to keep a customer who had shown nothing but patience says a lot about their business. I live on Lee Avenue in Sanford and tried repeatedly thru online services to get someone/anyone willing to work at a reasonable price.....Almost all I spoke to were paying their employees $7.25 - $10.00 an hour while they charged up to $50 - $75 per hour to haul off a piece of furniture....Yet after paying employees almost nothing, the ones who stood around just watching were keeping from $30 - $55 per hour just to stand and watch while others did the work.... This crew came as promised, did all the work they promised and in a very nice professional manner....They were careful and courteous...They were incredibly reasonable in their prices and what they charged.....Most important, NO ONE stood around and watched pretending they were entitled to more money than the ones breaking their backs and sweating....Everyone involved worked perfectly together and did a flawless job....I will be using them and ONLY them in the future.....Dale Michael Williams read more
