In Florida, missing watering days can possibly be tantamount to losing your Air Conditioning! She recognized the urgency and arranged for her husband, Ezequiel (they are the business owners) to expedite his estimate! Despite booking jobs almost a week out, they also found a way to work my repair in at lunch/between jobs the very next day! Ezequiel utilized state of the art technology to locate the valve and took the greatest care when digging for the equipment (with his brother, Rodolpho), shutting off and restarting to test the repair! The lightning-like response, thoroughness of the repair and cost were all extremely pleasant surprises!
