He fried and totally damaged my hair to the root. Healthy hair, ruined in one appointment. When I confronted him, zero remorse -- he told me it "looked fine." He refunded my money, but no refund fixes this. I've since been to several other professional salons and spent $1,000's of dollars hoping for a miracle. Every one of them was devastated for me -- there was nothing they could do. I told the owner, Lauren, what happened. She said she'd talk to him. Then silence. No follow-up, nothing. The only person who stepped up? My longtime colorist, who offered me free haircuts and moisture treatments out of her own pocket.
