He didn't apologize for being late. While my Vehicle being dropped off. I called the dispatch office and expressed my displeasure of the driver showing up late to my scheduled pick up time. Here is the KICKER Johnny's is about 15 mins away from the pick up location. The dispatcher tries to tell me the driver was on another run and he had to detour because the road he was on was flooded. I let the dispatcher know he shouldn't have been on another run I had a scheduled Appointment. I asked for a partial refund to make things right. The dispatcher told he wasn't going to do that. I said well your going to get a bad review for your POOR customer service. He replied your going to be barred from using our service. I replied like I CARE there are other towing companies In TEXAS. All I can say use this sorry/poor customer service company at your own risk.. Would NOT recommend this place.

We called 5 or 6 different places before calling Tristens Towing and everyone had a 2-4 hour wait. Tristens Towing answered after 2 rings and told my husband it would be 45 minutes and the price was a lot less than what all the others were charging on top of it all. And they hooked up and were on the way to my house within 5 minutes of them getting to us! Definitely will use them again if I ever need a tow, crossing my fingers I won't need a tow truck for a while if not ever but they will be my first and only call for sure!! Thank you Tristan's Towing we were in a bind and y'all came through and got our Jeep home with no issues, y'all are awesome, keep it up guys!!

He respond with "who's dis" I told my name and got a text back saying "I'm in SA can't tow today" I'm putting this review up the day after the tow was scheduled around noon and I have not heard anything from this company. i schedule the pickup with you so you could plan your day accordingly this is unexceptionable in the eyes of the customer! if I was on the side of the road and needed a tow right then I would not trust this company to pick me and my car up in a quick, timely or professional manner! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
