Then came the final insult: a fake "handwritten" letter from GM Scott Brown asking to buy my truck -- the same truck Ford already repurchased under lemon law after multiple failed repair attempts and is SITTING ON HIS LOT in route to the salvage yard. He was directly involved in that process, yet I'm still being targeted with generic, misleading marketing about a vehicle they know is a buyback. This isn't follow‑up. It's disregard for privacy, accuracy, and basic professionalism.
