Given my previous experience I recently decided to return while experiencing extremely tight muscles in my lower leg which after just one session has made a huge difference. I've been experiencing this tightness for 2 years since having Knee Surgery and literally no amount of trying to resolve it (with heat, stretching and PT) has worked so the fact that a 30 minute session had such a huge improvement is amazing!
