The last time I had a pair of very nice engraved cufflinks set disappear, and when I went back to ask about them, I politely inquired as to whether or not they might still have them, and could they look for them. I was treated rather rudely by one particular woman who raised her voice at me, and when I put it out that I was not angry. I just wanted to have them look for my cufflinks. They finally relented and did so. I did point out that she had been rude to me and while she apologized, I decided that I would no longer use their service. I also told them this. I was in business for over 30 years and if I had run my business like they ran their business, I would be out of business. I had no trouble with the quality of their work, their dry cleaning was good and I like their app. I just didn't think I was treated well the final time I went there. I no longer go there now.

It was very clean, and the staff was very attentive. I love that you could use the card instead of quarters or coins. But you could also use quarters. They had very nice bending machines which contained all laundry supplies needed and also drinks and snacks. Location was fine because there was a coffee shop right next-door. I will definitely go back next time I pass through.
