I always ordered my boots a year in advance (so I could change over to them without running out to order a new pair), then I wear them a week to make sure there are no problems and put them back in the box. Shortly after that woman took over I started using my newest pair ($120) and the sole came unglued near the toe. The welt was no longer sewn(they were made in China) just glued. I took them in and she looked up the purchase, and said they were over a year old (even though there was no wear to the soles) and refused to have them repaired. I took them to a local shop and got it re-glued for $8.00 and never had a problem with them since. I promised myself I'd never buy another pair of boots from them again at that store.

I said they were fairly new boots. The zipper shouldn't need to be replaced. Then he said that I should return them. It was like he paid no attention to what I asked him to do! Just fix the zipper! He was surly and never smiled. He did fix the zipper and in a short amount of time. Charged me $15 which I thought was too much. Won't be going back.
