So happy we adopted our boy Colby from here! Everyone at HSMC are volunteers. They care deeply for…read moretheir animals and it shows. They're Colby's family and we hope to go back to visit someday! My husband and I spent a lot of time going through postings on the Petfinder app, looking for the right dog (we'd waited for a few years for the right time). Colby is the one we decided on! We drove 4 1/2 hours to come see him. He himself waited a long time for a family of his own and I think everything worked out really well all around. Despite spending life since puppyhood at the shelter, Colby was well adapted to being with people and very friendly. They kept him in good health and gave him love for us until we could adopt! Nowadays, Colby is having a great time on his new adventures, and the volunteers from HSMC follow them on Instagram! We have kept in touch and they love to see photos of him in his new home. The point of this review is that we very much appreciate all HSMC did for us and our good boy! They are a wonderful organization from which to adopt. I called Ozark Tech Repair one afternoon and explained my issue. The young man who answered my call was so helpful! I dropped off the computer later that afternoon. They then followed up later in the day, suggesting a small repair that would make the computer run much faster, in addition to upgrading to Windows 11. Less than 24 hours later I picked up the computer and I cannot believe how fast (and quiet!) it is running!! The amount they charged was very reasonable, too. We purchased a new home and with freezing cold temperatures in the forecast discovered our propane tank was very low. Jennifer Henry answered the phone in the Hindsville, Arkansas office. She was friendly, professional and very kind when she explained they might not be able to deliver ahead of the expected snow and ice storm, but would get there as quickly as possible. She asked a series of questions about the location of the tank, whether we owned it, verified whether or not there will hills to navigate, there are not, and she told me the driver would give us an hour notice to meet them at the property. She also explained as a new customer, the driver would need to ensure there are no leaks and told us this is a free service for new customers though there would be a charge for it if we ever ran out of propane. After the service was completed, I called to ask for a copy of the receipt since I was out of town when the delivery took place, and she offered to email or mail it.
