Only then did they tell me that they did not fix the issue with my car and that they wouldn't continue trying to fix it because they didn't want to stay late. I was on a road trip and could not come back the next day. Yet, they STILL FULLY CHARGED ME FOR EVERYTHING THEY COULD. If that wasn't enough, my car has brand new electrical issues that were not there before they tinkered around with it. I left there robbed of my time and money. Trying to get any information out of them as to what they had done was like pulling teeth. Now I have to shell out even more money for a real mechanic to fix it. Total, absolute waste. If you'd like to pay a hefty price to experience terrible customer service and leave with your car more messed up than what you came in with, go here.

This would have been a solid 4 stars, but the final price was $120, which is more than I've come to expect for an oil change (even for synthetic oil). They took my window sticker for my info and got started on the oil change. They checked my tire pressures and fluid levels as the oil was being changed out, and informed me of everything they were doing. As a girl who is pretty clueless about cars, I like that they're letting you know what's going on! Within 15 mins, oil was changed, I was paid up and rolling outta there. I know some people think $50 is pretty steep for an oil change but I think it's worth it for the convenience. The only down side to this place is that it's right beside the Tim Horton's and they share the same parking lot entrance, so sometimes you're lined up onto the street because you're behind all the people in line for the drive thru BLEH
