Example: my car wouldn't start, and after having it for two days they told me it needed a new ignition. I told them I didn't think that was the issue based on the symptoms I had described. In the end, they said it was a bad coil, which is believable. However, they also sold me a new battery (over $200, even though my original was only 8 months old), new plugs, and just one coil, for a total of over $1,000. OUCH. And remember, they were originally going to charge me for an ignition too. I paid and told them I was done after they tried to get another $1,000 out of me. When I got my car back, the blower fuse for the A/C and heat was blown and they hadn't even replaced it. Bottom line: remember, they're parts changers. They used to be good until they changed management a few years ago.

I specifically asked the manager Scott to do a full inspection to see if I needed anything, which I was ok with paying for. Got it back and my check engine light came on. Brought it back to them and they said it was camshaft sensors going bad! They replaced the sensors and charged me $328 and then the check engine light and rattling was still there. Took it to them again and said they couldn't figure it out. They said to take it to Ford dealership, which I did. First thing they did was check the oil and they said I was extremely low on OIL!!!! They said I barely had any. Asked for a refund and they said he would have to talk to his district manager which was two days ago. I know I'm not getting my money back. Never go here unless you want to get scammed! Pretty ironic that an oil change facility didn't bother to check the oil!

Today (Friday) I had a nail in a tire and stopped by to get it fixed. They told a 72 year old man with Parkinson's that they might could squeeze me in sometime on Monday with a big smile on their face. I left and drove to Hines tire on 6th street and in twenty minutes the tire was fixed and I was on my way. I guess I learned if you only have trouble that can be scheduled days ahead of time Shoals is one of the places to try. If you have unscheduled trouble you might need to go elsewhere. I am truly disappointed at the service I did not receive.
