They quoted that the repairs would cost between $400-$500 and explained everything that was wrong with my car and the recommendations they suggested very clearly to me. I am not the most car literate person, so I appreciated this very much. I decided to return later and get the repairs on my car done there expecting (like at most car mechanics) that they would find more things wrong with my car and it would cost more than their initial quote. They called me before doing any repairs and informed me that the total would be around $200 (Which was surprising to me, and I loved to hear). I told them to go ahead and when they called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, they informed me that it was going to be even cheaper for me than they initially thought. The total ended up being $183. They easily could have screwed me over and overpriced things and I would have known no difference, but they seem to be very honest hard working people. That's hard to come across now a days when it comes to car mechanics. They didn't try to over sell me or talk me into making unnecessary repairs and they got my car in an out quickly. The employes were all professional, friendly, and helpful. On the downside, their oil changes are slightly more expensive than I expected. Other than that I could find nothing to complain about. I highly recommend Best Auto if you are looking to get repairs done on your car. They are good people running an honest business. Dishonest Pricing and Overcharging - Avoid This Dealership's Service Department!…read more I recently brought my 2013 Kia Forte to this dealership for a recall repair. Since the car had a rattle, I asked if they could take a look while it was in the shop. They refused to even diagnose the issue without charging me $175--just to tell me what was wrong! Keep in mind, they were already working on the recall, so it's not like the car wasn't in their hands already. Then, I get a call listing a bunch of unnecessary repairs: air filter, battery connectors, and a valve cover gasket. They tried to overcharge me on all of them. The only one I decided to do was the gasket cover. Over the phone, they quoted me $388: $30 for the part $358 for labor (2 hours) I thought that was steep, but since they already had the car, I agreed. Less than an hour later, they called and said the car was ready. So where did the 2 hours of labor go? Clearly, they padded the bill by charging me for labor that wasn't even performed. Then, when I got the final bill, it was $462--20% higher than what they quoted! They tacked on mystery shop fees and taxes that were not in the quote. Why not provide the full dollar amount if they know at the end they have to include taxes and "shop fees" both are easy to include in the quote. After arguing with them, they agreed to honor the original $388 quote, but even that is $188 more than what the actual cost should have been! They overcharged for labor they didn't perform, inflated costs, and were just overall dishonest in their pricing. The service manager had the audacity to say, "We work faster than what Kia estimates the job to take." If you finish faster, that doesn't mean you get to charge customers for time you didn't spend working on their car! It's clear this dealership uses recall repairs as bait to get customers in, then pushes unnecessary work at inflated prices. Completely dishonest business practices. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere!

In the meantime my child and I drove acrossed the state only to almost have lost the whole wheel on the interstate because the lug nuts werent properly torqued. Another trusted dealership in my hometown confirmed that whomever put the wheel back on didnt do it right and the repairs Ford said needed to be done in the first place actually didnt need to be done. 2nd vehicle. My daughters car was supposed to have a rotate alignment, and balance done. First appt it wasnt all done, 2nd appt it was still off. 3rd appt they didnt call me to approve repairs even though I specifically said too and her dad who works there was asked instead, even though they were all told that he wasn't allowed to, nor does he own the vehicle. These repairs were completed after Erica failed to communicate that they were to only call me and the customer name was just under me. The repairs should have been caught during the first appt for an alignment had the proper procedure been done for an alignment inspection of the front and rear drive train, etc. I not only told the service advisor it was wrong and he agreed, but I refused to bring it back for the final repair after this. I did call and left Marie a vm, and Tad. Marie never called me back, Tad had the service advisor call me back instead. I left a vm on the advisors phone that I would not be paying for or completing said repair after how poorly they had handled, now 2 vehicles. I had the vehicle looked at by another shop- just like the first, and in fact that repair didnt even need to be done as well...just like the first one. They lie about repairs, fail to do them properly, and charge way too much for dangerous and poor service. I tried speaking with Marie again and actually got her on the phone this time, was told to never call service again after answering her honestly and upset that I had left her a vm, tried calling fixed ops manager, and told the advisor and nobody ever called me back. She said I could call there owner Chad. The parts dept manager supposedly ordered a set of tires for my daughter's car, a month later after asking about them several times, says they were accidently returned. Couldnt provide proof they were even ordered in the first place and was rude when asked about it. I was told then that the tires were out of season and out of stock and he was unable to order them again.
