The spots that were marked for parking were full so I just ended up parking next to other cars that I wasn't sure were being worked on or if I was okay to park next to. Turns out it was fine and I love my anxiety! When I walked up to the door and up to the counter I had no one greet me. . . I felt a little lost since I had never been to any tire place. I just stood there twiddling my thumbs as I waiting for someone to acknowledge me. This part was painless and started to ease my anxiety. They asked what type of car I had, the issue, and I handed them my keys. I sat and waited a little bit in one of the few chairs that were left. After a short time, for the amount of people in the waiting room, a nice man came up to me with my tire to show me the rubber flakes gathered at the bottom. MY TIRE WASSSS TRASHED because I ended up riding so low on it for who knows how long. Luckily! The number one reason I rated them a four! They had a "used tire" and offered to put it on. It only costed me $35 TOTAL! The tire looked brand new as it still had the Nubs on it. I left very pleased!

I just called to confirm they are still ok for tomorrow, and the guy says I have to leave the vehicle, and refused to provide an estimate. Why would a shop have a problem with a customer waiting for service (like every other place I've been to)? It's a big shop, so I presume they know what they're doing, and shouldn't have any trouble preparing a rough estimate, at least as far as how many hours it will take if all goes to plan... I have been to a lot of shops, and have never had this kind of experience. I highly recommend using a different shop, as these guys made no effort to provide good customer service, and it seems they are only interested in taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Heartland Tire seems to be a much more trustworthy operation. They didn't have time to help me on such short notice, but took the time to discuss, and were honest about their availability.

They quoted that the repairs would cost between $400-$500 and explained everything that was wrong with my car and the recommendations they suggested very clearly to me. I am not the most car literate person, so I appreciated this very much. I decided to return later and get the repairs on my car done there expecting (like at most car mechanics) that they would find more things wrong with my car and it would cost more than their initial quote. They called me before doing any repairs and informed me that the total would be around $200 (Which was surprising to me, and I loved to hear). I told them to go ahead and when they called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, they informed me that it was going to be even cheaper for me than they initially thought. The total ended up being $183. They easily could have screwed me over and overpriced things and I would have known no difference, but they seem to be very honest hard working people. That's hard to come across now a days when it comes to car mechanics. They didn't try to over sell me or talk me into making unnecessary repairs and they got my car in an out quickly. The employes were all professional, friendly, and helpful. On the downside, their oil changes are slightly more expensive than I expected. Other than that I could find nothing to complain about. I highly recommend Best Auto if you are looking to get repairs done on your car. They are good people running an honest business.
