Came here for an oil change because I didn't have time to go anywhere else. They did not change the filter which I paid for! Also, the mechanic came in and told me my coolant was low and that he would add some for $10. I told him no because I had some at home. When I got home I checked the coolant and it was full. These folks will lie to you and not even perform the full service. $75 for for an incomplete oil change. Do not go here. read more

LOST wheel lug caps on car and claim they were "missing" prior to service. Absolutely untrue, I inspected them before having service. How is it that you pay for service and your car comes back missing parts? unacceptable! Will let everyone know to stay away from this location. They should be ashamed of their shoddy service. Took my car in for an oil change, and they pulled my car into the bay no problems. During their inspection they pulled my cabin air filter and brought it to me. It was a little dirty but nothing terrible, so I declined the 44.99 replacement. The woman walked back outside and threw my air filter across two bays into the wall and onto the ground. The service tech popped it back into place and my car was done. I know its just an air filter but I would rather it not be thrown around and damaged. Not very professional in my opinion. I would suggest looking elsewhere! read more

First day out in the sunshine in a while. Took my truck to Jiffy Lube on Brannen St in Statesboro. They let me pull up in the bay and I hear a dude down in the pit say "I'm not touching that m#@!f!#ing truck. That mother f!@#$% needs to take it to a car wash". The girl comes to my window and asks what I would like done today. My response: "it seems like your dude down there doesn't want to touch my dirty truck, so I'll take it somewhere else". Manager: "what's going on". Me:. "That man said he didnt want to touch my dirty truck. I live on a dirt road in GA and have been driving through mud just to get in and out of the driveway ". Manager: "he was joking. He's like that". Me: "not very professional, and if you'd move that car out from in front of me, I'd like to go somewhere else". Everyone was apologizing. Pay attention to what you say. Someone is always listening. Especially if you're calling customers motherf!@#$#. Jiffy lube isn't the place you would want to work at, the general manager is awesome and fantastic at his job along with the technicians. They're upper management on the other hand is a completely different story. If you're late to work or don't come in at all or do a no call no show they won't terminate you. But if you're not smiling when your working they will fire you on the spot. The district manager is a white collared type of man and he doesn't care about his employees, he puts on a façade to make himself feel better but in reality all he cares about is sales. I've worked for the company for 9 days, showed up on time, rarely took breaks, worked 10+ hours, understood exactly what was told to me and executed the task phenomenally. And was fired for not smiling while in the bay. No customers complained about me because I smiled and greeted them with excellent service and a customer took note and said to me directly "Don't let them stress you out, it's your first week and your moving like you've been here for months." And during my 9 days of working at this location the CSA (Customer Service Associate) didn't come to train me till my 8th day, after I was already running a full bay by myself with little help. And when she got there she didn't even train me! She came and said one thing "I'm the CSA trainer and im here to train you." And she was assertive and rude (in which I told my other CSA about how she spoke to me) but my response was "okay" as I proceeded to work to get my guest out of the bay with the best experience. After that introduction she immediately went into the managers office and was on the computer and on the side of the building on her phone. She proceeded to gossip with the other female employees there about her baby bump and how scientists say she can't drink white wine but she "doesn't care because it's her body." She spent the whole time there chatting and not training me but I was already running a bay by myself with little help so I wasn't complaining. BUT COME TO FIND OUT she told the owner/district manager that I had an attitude the whole day, which I found HILARIOUS because I got 8 compliments during that whole day about how my service was great and I had a great personality, and on top of that I even sang her a lyric from a song and I quote " I'll buy you a drink, on mee, I'm gonna take you home with me, I got money in the bank" in which I made her laugh, so I'm just confused on how I had an attitude the whole day. They may hire you on the spot and guarantee you hours. But if you're reliable, have a good personality, and like to put forth your own weight within your team, I wouldn't suggest working at this Jiffy Lube. But if you're lazy, unreliable, and don't mind being treated like you're a tool this is definitely the place for you. read more

The service here is not bad. It's efficient, not too terrible of prices, quick service and friendly people. I will say though, they messed up my payment and now I probably won't return. When I went to pay, the lady who took my payment gave me my receipt and went back inside. Well I didn't look at it till I went to leave, and noticed they didn't have the correct name, type of vehicle or the license plate number. I asked one of the guys who serviced the car about it. He told me it was nothing to worry about this was the correct receipt that the woman probably just imputed the wrong name, but everything was okay! I left and not even 30 minutes later, they are calling me saying I paid for another individual (The individual who's name was on the receipt that I specifically asked about!!) but refunded me and that I needed to come back to pay for mine. I was at work and was unable to come back before they closed which I explained to the girl I would call her back or come by the following day since I would be at work before they opened. The next day comes and they called me and my fiancé MULTIPLE TIMES and left voicemails about when I was able to pay, all before noon while we were both at work and were unable to answer the phone. I do not appreciate being harassed about an error that JIFFY LUBE made even after I ASKED about it!!!!! I told the woman that I didn't appreciate them calling me multiple times even when I told them when I was going to be up there and so did my fiancé, it felt like all they cared about was getting their money, not the fact that they screwed up and this was an error on their part. Just that experience alone and the way they handled the situation makes me never want to come there again. No apology just a "where's my money" tone read more

They are a rip off place, son took my truck in for a simple oil change, they up sold him on "need turn signals" I had LED bulbs in it, but when I sent him back they "couldn't find them" of course not they went into the tech pocket or tool box. I spent $40.00 on the LED's and got $10 BS bulbs in it now! Charged him $80 for oil, bulbs and top off the anti freeze! WOW! SMDH! read more

Charged $120 and took 40 minutes to change the battery on my 4cyl import. I think that's a bit high but at least they were nice.

Stopped in for a quick oil change. They were attentive and did quick work but performed upcharges that were not requested or wanted. My fleet vehicle does not need (nor is it supposed to get) synthetic oil. They even signed the service order, not me. Buyer beware. read more
