I have been using Jiffy Lube in Timmins over 2 years since we moved to the area. we had good service, up until my last experience. Last time I went they discovered damage to my oil plug & oil pan. Their tech even said what the problem was. So after I said they completed my oil change previously their tune changed. I took to another location for inspection. I asked for the mechanic to give their professional opinion and to document for my potential case. Turns out damage was due to over torquing/ stripping. I presented my finding with corporate. I was told each store was independent owned and they will contact the owner. Call back after 3 days if I haven't heard anything. I didn't so I called back. They assured me they will contact the owner and if I didn't hear to call back after 3 days. still nothing. so I called corporate for the 3rd time. They said the regional manager will be contacted and to give time and then call back. Nothing! I emailed for an update (at work) and no response. Called again, no return. after 5 attempts now with reassurance my case will be resolved NOTHING! The owner didn't even reach out to me at all. I will never return to such a poor establishment again in my life. read more
