I had an issue trying to figure out how to use self check out and ring up the Dole Whip, but the cashier was really friendly and came over to assist (so much for using self check out... they should add an icon to the main screen for ice cream). The Dole Whip tasted great! It reminded me of what you get at the Dole Plantation in Oahu or Disney World! Definitely will get this again!

have been a loyal customer for about 20 years but this year when i ordered home heating oil on…read more20nov19 it was not delivered. after two weeks i called and was told about retirements, new drivers, etc. i understood, but told them i was getting low and was assured they were almost caught up. after another week i called, was given the same song and dance, said i was almost out. was told to go to gas station and buy diesel and dump in tank. not acceptable. all oil companies under the 21 century brand in this area use the same drivers so i called an outside company, heath oil in franklin, and was delivered in 3 hours as a new customer. guess they know customer service and would like to keep their customers from freezing. might give them one more chance we'll see.
