When the guys came later that day everyone seemed nice and I watched from porch. I did ask about the dirt that fell into the septic tank when they were working and closed it up. I was told that it would fall to the bottom of tank and wasn't an issue. I wasn't happy with what I saw and hired another company to come pump it again. I ended up speaking with Joe, the owners son who is in charge of the septic part of business (I was told), about another issue that was going on. I told him that a different company was coming out that day to repump it. He said he would like to actually see what was happening in our tank so I cancelled with the other company. When Joe came out, I did show him the thick scum layer that was still on the top with a bunch of dirt sitting on top of the scum (They had pumped this tank supposedly 2+ weeks earlier). When I asked about it, I was once again told there was no issue with the dirt BUT the dirt was only there because the septic tank was never cleaned out properly. So I finally got up the nerve to call and talk to the owner Scott about the issue. He kept asking me why I hadn't called sooner but I had tried to address the issue with Joe when he had come to the house a couple weeks after tank was pumped (It takes 7-10 days to refill). This evening when Scott returned my call, He insulted me repeatedly and I was told that I did things that did not happen. He wouldn't let me talk at all and even after my husband tried speaking, He kept repeating lies about me that he was told happened between his employees and me. The owner was told that I "BEGGED" for a discount. This is just one of the lies that someone told him. Let me finish with a photo is better than words. To all those customers that think they are getting a job well done, Can you really tell if the job was done right when the tops are closed and dirt filled in? My husband dug ours back up and this photo was taken 2 weeks after it was supposedly cleaned out. The dirt is STILL sitting on the hard scum.

Moved into a new to us home. We thought it would be a good idea to get a septic pump out. Called…read moreand started texting to schedule an appointment. They replied quickly and were able to book our pump out and inspection. They came the day and time they said they would. Lee and his crew found the tank and lids right away no massive holes all over. They busted up the grease and crust that we inherited and got our tank all pumped out. The tank had never been pumped out and they told us we would have had a backup likely by Christmas. The pump out occurred right after Thanksgiving. Thanks to Lee and the guys we avoided that problem. Thanks DooDoo Man!

I was told by the tech my tank could not be pumped and it was full of roots that took at least 5 to 10 years of growth. I was then charged $385.00 to have an alleged clog removed. I had another company come out and easily break up the thin layer of roots and pump my tank and give me advice on what I would need to do to maintain my tank. I will never ever use your company again. I will also warn other people of what your company is about. I am a single mother of a 2 year old, the little money I make keeps us going. In my opinion either your company or your tech need an ethics reevaluation and to reconsider how you do business.

Invoice is incorrect, I complained about my original estimate (350-700+) Disputed w bank and uploaded. That turned into 800$, the intake pipe to the tank had to be replaced (15min) which turned it into $1224 total charged (according to invoice). All done in 2hrs. I designed and inspected these systems for over 600+ homes. Yet the invoice states clearly. $1130. A $93 dollar difference. This was simply price gouging. Charged $990 on CC Charged $234 on Debit 1224 charged. Invoice states 1131 total. 93$ bucks difference. I was helping a friend move and this gets my goat...and their attitude when I called was the deal sealer. 5 stars for the actual work. 1 star for the cluster truck billing. Building 2 cabins on property, will not go near this scab of a business.

Overall, I found that Remedy performs the most thorough pumping, filter cleaning, crust-breaking, and inspection. They price by size of tank, not per line-item, like how the other companies nickel-and-dime you to death. Thankful for their service and quality staff interactions.

I told him I had a previous company that came out but my toliet continues to get clogged and this time over flowed to downstairs . He told me that the issue could be in the pipes If I had some one to snake it and replace parts . He just proceeded to tell me what he think the issue is but could not look at anything unless the warranty company gave him permission. So he sat on my tub and got on the phone . He said the toliet was not clogged because I had unclogged it. I wanted them too check things out he refused to do anything but charge me 85. I asked can he snake it he says no ..can you change a part he said no ... so I preceded to say you came out and did NOTHING. He also had said if the warranty would not pay he would do the work with his company so at that point I knew i Was getting ripped off. I lost 85 and canceelled the service with Choice Warrenty lost money for doing that . On top of that the guy asked why I had an attitude he trying to help . I was very professional and just told Him I never had someone say they think this is the issue and did nothing else . I will tell all my friends and family not to use Premium PLumbling or Choice Warrenty . Worst experience ever lost 85.00 in fifteen minutes and the guy did NOTHING!!! This was the second time I dealt with Premier Plumbing. The first time, I had water coming from…read moreunderneath my floor, and they were the ones who told me I needed a full remediation. They recommended a remediation company, and that company did perform the work. Unfortunately, that entire process turned into a complete nightmare and has caused ongoing issues. Later, I had contractors do some work and called Premier back out to check the plumbing. At that visit, they quoted me nearly $2,000 for work they claimed was necessary. Fortunately, I had another licensed plumber scheduled right after them, and that plumber confirmed that almost everything Premier said I needed was unnecessary. After reading other reviews, I'm now questioning whether I even needed the original remediation they recommended in the first place. Overall, the entire experience felt like a cycle of referrals, rising costs, and very little transparency. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before using this company.
