He fixed the problem, which was extensive, by himself. Wonderful man. Helped me into the office (I have trouble walking and use a walker), and helped me back into my car and loaded my walker back into the car for me. A real gentleman. I was then told by the dental hygienist (I never saw Easton) that a "deep cleaning" was recommended. I was not informed that a "deep cleaning" was going to cost me more than 10 times my out of pocket cost for a covered dental cleaning. It doesn't stop there. After receiving a bill, I discovered that the dentist was no longer "participating" with BCBS Medicare PPO Advantage. I was not informed of that change. If I had been informed of that change I would have sought treatment elsewhere. So I was lied to and deceived about the increased cost of the recommended treatment and I was lied to (by omission) about the participation status of Easton. As mentioned my first visit was Jan. 9, 2024. To my surprise they scheduled me for Jan. 10 and Jan. 11 for treatment, which I found very fast and unusual. After reviewing the insurance claims filed by Easton, I realized why - they wanted to bill as much as they could before I realized their deception. I immediately stopped treatment, but I had already been charged nearly $750, for a cleaning! At the least, this is unethical and predatory behavior. Stay away.

Husband and his family members have been going here for years, and everybody has said nothing but positive things. I'd give them five stars, but the scheduling and availability is pretty tricky. First off, they are open Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm. If you have an emergency, you can reach them after hours, but unless it's REALLY bad, you will have to wait until regular business hours to get your problem remedied. Even at times when you know you need to get a filling or something else, you have to come in and have it diagnosed and then come back another day to actually get the job done. It's not a huge deal, but considering that we live pretty far from the office, it is a bit cumbersome to travel back and forth on such short notice. Also, once you have an appointment, if you need to change it, their availability is pretty tough to have it switched because there are just so many patients that go to him. So, if you want to schedule an appointment, make sure you schedule at least 3-4 weeks in advance to a desired time frame. However, given all that, I still come back here for all my dental cleaning. Dr. Fraser himself is really warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is detailed, thorough in his exams, and gives you an honest opinion on everything under the sky (from teeth whitening, flossing technology, even future shortcuts to save you money). I also love the fact that he does an oral exam and checks your salivary glands, lymph nodes, and any abnormalities in your mouth. His team of hygienists are nice, professional, clean, and detailed as well. I've had over 4 of his hygienists work on me, and they all do a great job. They make you feel very comfortable too! :) Even though I have to drive about 70 miles to get my teeth cleaned twice a year here, it's totally worth it. I have yet to find someone who is just as thorough and approachable as Dr. Fraser. I really trust him and his staff, but I just wish scheduling was easier.
