Husband and his family members have been going here for years, and everybody has said nothing but positive things. I'd give them five stars, but the scheduling and availability is pretty tricky. First off, they are open Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm. If you have an emergency, you can reach them after hours, but unless it's REALLY bad, you will have to wait until regular business hours to get your problem remedied. Even at times when you know you need to get a filling or something else, you have to come in and have it diagnosed and then come back another day to actually get the job done. It's not a huge deal, but considering that we live pretty far from the office, it is a bit cumbersome to travel back and forth on such short notice. Also, once you have an appointment, if you need to change it, their availability is pretty tough to have it switched because there are just so many patients that go to him. So, if you want to schedule an appointment, make sure you schedule at least 3-4 weeks in advance to a desired time frame. However, given all that, I still come back here for all my dental cleaning. Dr. Fraser himself is really warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is detailed, thorough in his exams, and gives you an honest opinion on everything under the sky (from teeth whitening, flossing technology, even future shortcuts to save you money). I also love the fact that he does an oral exam and checks your salivary glands, lymph nodes, and any abnormalities in your mouth. His team of hygienists are nice, professional, clean, and detailed as well. I've had over 4 of his hygienists work on me, and they all do a great job. They make you feel very comfortable too! :) Even though I have to drive about 70 miles to get my teeth cleaned twice a year here, it's totally worth it. I have yet to find someone who is just as thorough and approachable as Dr. Fraser. I really trust him and his staff, but I just wish scheduling was easier.

Well to start from the time we got there and checked in and provided my insurance card and all the lady that was working the computer for billing had no earthly clue of what she was doing and then after an hour of waiting she said I think you are good to go and have a seat, so in about another hour I ewas callecd back to get seen in a room and that is where the beginning of my visit ended up being. This was in March of this year 2025 and I am a disabled Veteran who fought in Desert Storm War and was being treated like I was a shop lifter and trying to run out without paying for I and my wife was so embarressed and I started to get loud and kept asking why are we in this room being guared the young lady would not say then i yelled at the lady who inputs the insurance info in why cant we leave after an hour of being held liker hostages and then she said I think you ok for now and you can leave. You know I dont know who is running this coconut boat here but I will say I will never ever go back there for anything and I advise others who read this not to either!!! Then I got a bill in the mail today saying they charged me $125.00 and my insurance only paid $45.00 and I owe $80.00 out of my pocket for just looking at the tooth and nothing else was done. That office over charged me for doing really nothing but just look at the tooth period and the staff there do not know what they doing at all and the dentist just came into the room like he just finished eating or something and struggled to put his face mask and gloves on and I was like here we go this is not going to be a professional visit what so ever and I was right. Also I told the lady at the front desk that I was a disabled Veteran and if there was any issue with billing contact the Detroit VA and that will help with paying the bill but its like they did not care what so ever of me being a Veteran even after showing the lady my VA card. This place is not Veteran friendly what so ever!!! To what I seen and went through there I just saw greed and nothing else!!!
