I have had a chipped front tooth for many years that my old dentist told me could only be fixed with a crown (and some expensive orthodontic work to prevent the crown from then damaging my real teeth). Dr. Khaddor agreed that was an option, but thought he could fix it with filling at a fraction of the cost but with the same cosmetic effect. He was right, and I am extremely happy with my smile. I've had probably 8 dentists in my life, and I've never had a problem with any of them, but Dr. Khaddor has earned a new lifelong patient.

It was just another day to them. Everything there made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no way in absolute hell I would take myself or my children there ever again!!! we are much happier where we're at now. Stay away from this place. He's the only dentist I've ever seen and I plan on keeping it that way for the future. He's even out of my network for my dental insurance so you know I mean business when I pay that higher copay just to see him! What I love about Dr. Carlin and his staff is that they're always so welcoming and accommodating. They truly treat me like family! 2 years ago I had a freak running injury where I tripped and face-planted. I busted up my lips and two front teeth badly. That day he took me in immediately and did the most amazing job repairing my teeth. His staff gave me plenty of ice and even had milk and snacks on hand so I could take some Motrin for the immediate swelling. You can't even tell they're not my real teeth! 2 years later and I just had my 6 month dental cleaning. I mentioned that my two front teeth are doing well but there was minimal staining on them from the accident. Dr. Carlin is now going to do some more dental work to make them good as new .... to no extra charge to me. Beyond blessed to have such a wonderful and caring dentist! Highly recommend him if you're in the Chesterfield area! Heather and Rose are fantastic hygienists as well!

He will also do everything he can to try to save you some money by offering alternative treatment options. The office staff is great too. They truly do care about their patients. The filling was too high. After a week of that appointment I was in the absolute worse tooth pain I have ever experienced. I called back to schedule another post op appointment due to the pain, Dr. Grzywacz tried referring me to an endodontist and wrote me a referral. Mind you, before I had this appointment I had no other issues with any teeth, I didn't accept the referral. I called them back the next day and scheduled a second post op appointment, sure enough when Dr. Grzywacz walks in he says, "yep it does look like it's still too high"...the dude tried to refer me to a specialist the day before, so had I listened to him, it would have been a waste of time and money, and possibly more complications. After he adjusted the tooth, my entire bite ended up being off. Then Dr. Dion comes in, examines my mouth, tells me she can't fix my bite because I need braces..I came in for a filling, I don't need or want braces, not to sound prideful but I get compliments on my smile and my teeth aren't messed up, so I'll pass on the braces..but again trying to refer somewhere else and not solve a problem they create. She just kept insisting there was nothing they could do. I regret ever spending my money here. Dr Grzywacz is not even on the website for doctors at this office or any of its locations. I wish could rewind the clock and stay away from this place, this was the worst dental experience I have ever had.

I went to Aspen once before and left unsatisfied but I'm desperate and thought I'd give them another chance. The whole franchise has predatory practices. When calling i told them I have a partial. I broke a tooth, I'm trying to schedule with them because I know they have the capability of fixing it in-house. I'm not coming in to be told I can get cool snap ins for the price of a car. I made the appointment for 2 and was called at 1 and was told I can start heading there now...kind of pushy I thought. I get there 145 sign in and wait until 215 when I ask if I can use they're restroom. I'm the only one in the waiting room. While I'm in the bathroom they call me in my phone. I didn't answer. When I came out I asked the receptionist if she called she said yes we wanted to know if you were coming in today. We didn't know you were here. .... the sign in sheet was right in front of her. My name clearly on it and the only one not crossed out. I go in the back get a ton of unnecessary xrays. I'm literally there for one thing. Now here is where they tell me I'm a new patient and need all this. I explained I'm not new, been there before and am not interested in a whole work up I'm in pain and my partial won't stay in. I need an emergency repair. While I will stress they were all nice and seemed happy to be there, they seemed very inexperienced. While holding the xray thing in my mouth the tech kept hitting it with the camera. Not once or twice but multiple times. Then they insist they can't do the repair I'm asking for that I need a denture now, not disputing that bit without going over cost or asking my opinion they move to doing impressions. I didn't object because I'm going to have to do something and if the cost isn't crazy at least I'll have this horrible step out of the way. The first tray is my bottom. ... I'm here for my top. She put so much stuff in it it was in my hair, all over my face and it didn't even turn out. The second attempt was just as bad. They bring in a new tech she did the bottom 2 tops and 2 bite wings. 7 times I had to go through that and if you know you know what I'm complaining about. Next and last phase.... cost. I go up front and sit down. The girl shows me 2 papers. One said $8,511 and the other $29,0000. I'm guessing one tradional and one snap in option. We discussed my insurance. I know my insurance and it covers the denture or at least part. I asked for a breakdown and was told that's all that prints out. It said NOTHING. I asked how much was the periodontal cleaning that they always suggest to everyone. She couldn't tell me and said she will need to put in a ticket and I'll need to come back Monday. I said I can call and was told she rather I come in at 8 am. So essentially, I wasted my entire Friday going there yet again. To use up all of my x. Rays and whatever else they're going to charge my insurance, I still don't have a repair. I still don't have a price list or an idea of what I'm gonna do moving forward. Even if I decide to spend $29000 I'm not confident at all that they are professional or skilled enough to do the job. Gave me nothing for pain or antibiotic to avoid any possible infection. Only out for your money and to bill your insurance whatever they can. *update.. called today to ask for breakdown and was told they do not offer a breakdown of services they will only show computer screen. Not they won't schedule an appointment for work until you accept the fees.... but they can't tell you what they're for. I'm contacting my insurance and letting them know how their in-network dentist operates.

I had 2 upper teeth pulled and expected 2 crowns to replace the lost teeth but only received 1, leaving a huge gap. After finding a new Dentist and visiting 1 other I was told by both Dentist that the work she provided should have cost me no more than $1,100.00 but was charged almost $2,300.00. (which was not covered by insurance) In my conversations with her office I was told that if wanted to speak with her regarding the work I would have to make an appointment for her to explain why she did what she did forcing me to pay for an office visit.
