I told her I had called to see if my insurance was accepted there, she stated I was out of network, I explained that no one had told me that or I would not have made an appointment. She stated everyone at the front desk tells the patient if insurance is in network or out of network. I asked to speak with the doctor but, he wasn't in. I asked to speak with the office manager, she also was not in. I asked for the office manager's name - Kelly stated "I don't know her last name". I told her I would never come to that office again and Kelly said "fine". No customer service at this dental office. Let's see if the office manager calls me next year?

I was very concerned about finding a good dentist to re-cement the veneer because I didn't want it to be damaged or destroyed by someone that wasn't experienced in working with veneers. My previous career was in dentistry so I know the good from the bad. Knowing what I know about dentistry is also my reason for concern about finding a skilled dentist in a resort area. Luckily, Branson has a lot of entertainers that apparently attract some dentists with skills in cosmetic dentistry. Therefore, my lucky day! Dr. Willard's staff was great. They set an appointment for early the next morning and I received good quality care by a professional staff. The office was nice and clean with modern equipment. The amount I paid was about the same as I would have paid with my regular dentist at home. If I lived in the area this would be my new dentist. Should I ever have another dental emergency while in the area, I now have total confidence in this practice. Many thanks to Dr. Willard and his staff. Without you I would have been driving back to Prairie Village or having a miserable vacation. You made a big difference in my time of need and I can't say thank you enough to each of you!

Ok, My son went to Aspen with many needed dental issues. After full exam and many x rays the…read moretreatment plan was presented. $6800 for the work needed. We paid up front, big mistake don't do that. Several of the crowns required root canal after they were placed. I know that is not always known but this happened with every one of the 4 crowns they performed. This cost an additional $4400 to redo all 4 crowns with root canal and all new crown now have a hole drilled in them. Finally, son goes in to have last 2 crowns completed and Aspen says he now owes additional $950. I pay that because they sent him away until it was paid holding the crowns hostage. He went today and they told him he owes another $150 before they will place the last 2 crowns. Avoid Aspen at all costs. No real deal, shabby work. A real dentist wont cost this mich.

They offered him no solutions. When he left they talked about him in a negative manner. I wanted to offer to pay for his visit but had concerns about my own expense. I felt really bad for the man. Then, I was called back. Horrible experience with this dentist. I had never used this dental office before, and will never return! Dr. Hubbard was extremely rude, unprofessional, and talked down to me. I thought he was joking with his first rude comment. I actually laughed, but then the rudeness continued. I was sitting there in a very vulnerable position thinking, is this really happening? He didn't even tell me what my problem was. He gave me "my options". After he left the room, I told the dental assistant how rude he was. He came back in and said, " I'm sorry you thought I was rude to you." I replied, "I didn't think you were rude, you WERE rude." He continued to be condescending, and I continued to stand my ground. He finally said he wasn't going to charge me for my visit... even though I told him I would pay.
