This dentist refuses to provide service. My son needs cleaning with ortho and I've never seen a dentist refuse to clean someone's teeth unless they take off ALL ortho. Dentists are trained to clean around ortho. They should want the best care for their patients and they won't do the job if they have to work a little harder. My son saw them regularly twice per year and they didn't do X-rays for 18+ months. Had they done the X-rays yearly like most places, we wouldn't be in this position. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't hire this dentist if you need actual work. They'll only provide service for easy/lazy work. I removed my whole family and we'll be going somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time they told my son he needed a root canal. Referred us to a specialist. The specialist wanted to save the tooth since my son was young. This same dentist office refused to do the filling. The root canal specialist had to do my son's filling bc the dentist refused to do the work. I've never in my life hired a professional service and had them refuse to do their job! Not once, but twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! We arrived in Branson for a week's vacation last Friday evening, and Saturday morning Michelle was eating a breakfast bar and felt a "crunch". It soon became apparent a part of a tooth had displaced. We called the concierge to ask about emergency dental services and were given several options to contact. No weekend options were advertised, but Ken left several phone messages. Dr Gardner contacted Ken Saturday afternoon and offered an appointment time early Monday morning. Dr Gardner and the entire staff diagnosed the situation, discussed possible options and provided excellent care, removing a substantially broken portion of a tooth and placing a temporary restoration. You know, I gave this office a chance, but I was very quickly reminded of how greedy dentistry can be. The office manager has a serious attitude problem and they double charge on services when a patient pays with cc or cash. You shouldn't ethically be charged for two exams to have a crown seated when you were seen just a week ago and charged for "said exam". How do I know?.... My grandfather was a dentist in Iowa. This is how you lose patients; not gain. They are too big for their britches. read more

We came into Branson December 27th in the afternoon. As we rolled into town my tooth became extremely painful. We looked for a dentist and were fortunate enough to find Branson Dental Center. How my, how lucky for me! We arrived in the late afternoon and they had me in the next morning. The staff from the receptionist to hygienist to the doctor couldn't have been better. They explained that I had an abscess and gave me a strong antibiotic the dentist said would help me feel better in 24 hours. He went on to explain I would need a root canal( he was right) and to make an appointment with my regular dentist, I can say ( as someone who doesn't like going to the dentist) he and all the staff were beyond kind, compassionate, respectful, and skilled, honest and professional. If you ever need dental care this is the place. I was a walk-in emergency someone they might never see again but they treated me like a long time valued client! Branson Dental kindly offers to submit claims to your insurance but FAILS to inform you that they are out of network. Their charges were 30% above others and you think you are somehow protected by the limits the insurance company allows - NOT SO! They can & do charge exorbitant rates for doing virtually nothing! 1 minute look, no prep, no Xrays, no treatment = $170! read more

The dental hygienist and dentist were extremely nice and knowledgeable. However, the office spam called my husband and I always trying to change appointments even after requested not to be called for appointment changes due to our very tight schedules and constantly high pressure sale and are double the price of everyone else. We had several things done there but are exhausted with the non-stop calls, expense and high pressure selling for electives every single time we go in. read more

I could not be happier with the care I received at the Branson Dental Center. Sometimes in a small town you wonder if that top shelf care is even available...I have tried two other dentists in the Branson area and am SO glad I made the call to BDC. Had chronic pain on the left side which seemed to be flaring up, but after exhaustive examination they felt like it really wasn't the tooth. They use the latest cone beam technology and spent a lot of time with me explaining what they were seeing and offering me options. The initial visit was super affordable and I'm so happy that I found this team of 5 dentists (each with overlapping specialties) and staff...STAFF was wonderful. ue to bad past experiences, I always find myself clenching my fists while being worked on. It took me two years to pay off my crowns, and therefore do my best to take care of them and protect them. I'm always waiting for a dentist to tap or bump one of my crowns with a metal object or tool being used. I have found the most dentist to be very careless and rough while working in my mouth. Yesterday I found my front crown to be very loose, and was afraid if I ate some thing it would break it off or damage it. I found this practice online and called him this morning to see if there was any way he could get me in to fix the problem. "David" Asked if I could be there in 20 minutes, and I jumped at the opportunity. I was tken in right away. My doctor was very sensitive to what she was doing, and did it in a way that made me feel very comfortable. See adjusted my tooth perfectly! Great experience! Fillings fall out - crowns fall off - decay not properly taken care of ....going to a different dentist for MUCH needed and required "repair" of Branson Dental Center's work. DEPRESSING! COSTLY! I've been going to Branson Dental Center for about 3 years now. I actually look forward to my appointments! The atmosphere is great . It's nicely decorated and they have soothing music playing. There are individual rooms for the patients with a wall of windows that look out onto the Ozark Mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful. The care is excellent and they've always been very gentle. I would recommend this place to anyone who has had bad experiences at the dentist because they would help you get over your fears. read more

i had to get some build up done today to make my teeth more accurate size. the lady at the front desk isn't always too delightful, i can't remember her name, but she had blonde, almost yellow right curly hair. however, when i went to the back to get some work done, it was just wonderful! Dr. Ramsey (the female) and whichever nurse she had helping her was amazing. they were very polite and made good small talk. i'll definitely be going back for sure! read more

First off when I scheduled appointments for myself and my husband I was told that they were in network with my insurance. Then I get a bill in the mail for a yearly exam and cleaning that should be covered at 100% but it wasn't because they are considered a preferred provider and not a PPO with my insurance. This left me with about a $250 bill. NOT HAPPY! Also I have sleep apnea and they did a 3D exam and said that my insurance would cover 100% for a Herbst appliance if I got a order from my PCP and had a diagnosis of Sleep apnea. I provided the script and all documentation. Then they say well it's not covered with my insurance at all and if I wanted it the cost would be around $2000-3000. They have a nice facility and nice staff but I would prefer not to be "white lied" to and "misled". read more

i want to give a huge shout out to DR. TALON AND CHRISTINA, THE HYGIENIST. MY FIRST VISIT TO BRANSON DENTAL WAS FABULOUS. My name is Becky Mosley. Both my husband Rick and I had the opportunity to have Christina as our Dental Hygienist. I have never been to a dentist that I felt so relaxed and felt so full of knowledge when I left. She told my husband to try an electric toothbrush...i immediately got one that night and will never go back to a regular toothbrush again. My teeth did not even hurt She was so effective in her work and my teeth never felt better. Dr. Talon was great-HE took so much time explaining how the bridge that was recently done by another dentist in a different location could be causing me to have migraines.. and TMJ. I totally believe him because I have had problems since I had the work done. He showed me a 3D scan of my mouth and explained everything so detailed. Christina was very informative and I hope that she is available upon request. I have always had a phobia of the dentist.... never again! THANK YOU BOTH FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE. read more
