The passenger window popped out of it's little brackets making a loud "CRACK" sound. EEK! Okay, so my window is messed up and we have like 2000 k to get home..... what to do, what to do.... We pull up to our hotel for the night and we both spot it at the same time. HONDA ! right next door. OMG it's serendipity. Fast forward to next morning.... Got an appointment and Service Manager Ken Cashin took awesome care of us. Showed us the problem, and while it was being fixed he even had us dropped off at the local mall (so I could grab a bite to eat), and picked up when the job was done. This is the place to feel taken care of for SURE. Thanks guys! Got back on the road again within an hour and a half with a fixed window yay!

So then they continue WITHOUT my permission to try to fix things like the ignition and the power windows in my car which I did not ask them to do . And i mean the engine was seized why do any work on the ignition or the power windows?! And then they charge me for parts and labour to fix things that I did not tell them to fix . And they did not ask permission. After causing a scene and telling them I wasn't going to pay for it they offered me some oil change coupons as a "sorry were idiots " thing. Would never recommend them to anyone. Straight crooks . Only giving it one star Wish I could give negative 5 stars!!
