A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specify a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

If you're not going to an airport or train station, remember to ask for an exact price, rather than a vague estimate, from the dispatcher when ordering a car. I've made that mistake a couple of times and have had drivers asking for about 25% more than the going rate upon arrival at the destination.
