His paralegal informed us of the process and arranged for a time for us to discuss our point of view.. she said they would assess the situation to see if they felt we had a case. We were perfectly happy with this process because we did not have to pay any money upfront and we were offered a contract once they had assessed our situation and were prepared to pay the percentage, the law firm requested should we win our case?.
