Dr Brett explained all of our options thoroughly, and left me (and my kid) feeling really confident in the next steps. Our first appointment went great, with a few fillings but we were home within an hour. Our second appointment today was quicker and easier! I can't say enough good things about Dr Brett right now. He never introduced himself, didn't take a look at my X-rays until after the exam when I tried to bring up my concerns (the assistant even asked if he had seen them yet when he came in so early and he just gave a very abrupt "no," which she nervously laughed off), and barely gave me room for questions afterwards because he kept trying to walk off! The place was practically empty yet the appointment felt very rushed like he just wanted to get it over with. I left feeling very frustrated and dismissed. I had to look up on their website to see who I saw and I'm positive it was Dr. Brett. If you insist on going here, try booking with the other dentist.

Check your voicemail every 15 minutes and return calls. This is Business 101. If they can't handle the business side of Dentistry, I believe they probably are not that good or smart of a Dentist. Hire people that can grow your business, or train them if they are junior. I would not trust a Dentist, especially a Family Dentist, that is not smart enough to realize basic business operational skills. Probably not a good dentist either.

The team was very personal able and answered all of my questions. I got my teeth cleaned and they took the time to highlight all the positive things and explain why they did what they did. I want to say it was Camille and Dr Jared. I was grateful that my self maintenance did a great job and have healthy teeth and they proudly honored that instead of trying to scare me into coming more regular. When it came time to leave , the checkout lady, Jodi , made sure I understood how insurance was covering what and what my obligation was and why. I asked the same question a few times because it didn't click and she gracefully made sure I was confident in what I understood. I also have interest in removing my amalgam filling and replacing it with a porcelain crown and Jodi made sure I understood all the ins and out of payment for that. Only concern I had was after my first x rays taken that I had to bite down on, I didn't see it cleaned before or after and that made me feel weird about the cleanliness of the whole office. He worked very hard and spent a lot of time and was able to save my tooth and did it with a great attitude even though it was an extremely difficult root canal.
