I was down in the Clinton area to check out a used car I saw for sale. I called the dealership and spoke to Brian in the service department and explained that I wanted a car give a good review to ensure it would be good/safe for my 16 year old grandson. I took the car in and and got very thorough results within about 75 minutes. Unfortunately the results were not good, as it would require thousands in repairs, and thereby priced the car out of consideration. I do appreciate how quickly Brian got me on the schedule and how they really did such a deep dive. Would certainly trust them with t his type of work if you live down in that area. read more

I bought a vehicle from these fellows and it started showing lots of problems, I contacted sales first with a no, then a sales manager offered to look at it if I wanted to bring it in, I'm 2 hours away. Eventually they came and picked up the vehicle at my house and took it back to the dealership, after a few days they fixed two small issues and pretty much kiss off on the rest. While they were bringing it back the windshield was cracked and had to return to dealership another day, once returned the vehicle was filthy inside and out, looked like a kids soccer team had been inside and it had been driven down a gravel road. It gets better, one of the minor problems they did fix was the window tint, it's bubbling already. They got me once but never again, congrats to the number one snake oil sales team of the country and I almost forgot, my vehicle has more scratches and chips than it did before, I'm assuming when the windshield was cracked read more

She was so so helpful , I was very appreciative because vehicle issues are so unsettling. The rest of our communication was with Ryan Westberg, one of the Service Advisors. He could not have been more thoughtful and accommodating....and the communication was excellent. In the end, the balance due was approximately $700 less than estimated which we also appreciated. Spent a lot of time trying to find the right vehicle with the right options. Was told vehicle had leather seats, sunroof, etc. Vehicle that was delivered to meeting place did not have leather seats. No attempt to make it right was made by dealership or sales rep. It was take the truck or we'll bring it back to dealership. There was plenty of communication right up until the point of delivery. They blamed an error on the website but when I spoke to my sales rep in the days before delivery, he stated he was sitting in it and it did have leather seats. After I decided to take delivery of vehicle, there was ZERO contact from the dealership or my sales rep except when I had to message them to find out when my title/tag paperwork would be sent out. I would not recommend anyone there, I don't know if owners or management have changed since a couple years ago, I will tell you we spent 2 weeks sharing pics of our trade, to get there to find out the salesman we were dealing with to start with and the second salesman we were dealing with no longer worked there when we arrived, my wife was in the finance office for 4 hrs while they pushed and pushed and pushed to get us to a 84 month 9.8 rate on a brand new truck while gm offered a 5.9 at 84 months... then they was going to use put 2100 refund from our extended warranty on our personal vehicle toward the price of their truck off paper without telling us! I caught that scam when I asked them to use it for the down and they said it was already figured in! we bought there 2 years ago, I would never recommend anyone to this dealership! read more

Dealing with Harley didn't ask as much questions or to see more pictures like you would expect I put the original bumper on it as to how I bought it from my dealer and they drove it 4 hours away to just tell me it's not the right bumper they want so now sending truck back and won't compensate the wear and tear on it or even the miles they put on it just keep saying they can't do anything about it they lost money in it as well but that would be on them not me I said I had the factory bumper which I did like I got it but they aren't happy with it tried speaking with owner but they wouldn't let me speak with them very disappointed in the buying team and the 2 guys that came up to look at the truck to take it back with them!!! But looking at other reviews i can see this company does not care and will strug it off at the end of the day and not make it right read more

I don't know if they have changed owners or managers but the service department has seriously gone downhill. My car was originally supposed to be ready Friday which turned into Monday. But of course come Monday afternoon it still hadn't been touched. They tried to tell me that it would be ready by end of day Tuesday. Unfortunately I need my vehicle as I work varied hours. Needless to say, I picked up my vehicle, with no needed work completed and now have to figure out how to get it into another mechanic that knows how to complete the job. The reason for my one star rating is because they weren't honest with their pricing and jacking up the price during the process. Their online pricing means nothing and they will try to hide their offers inside the overall price to make more money off of you. They said my trade in would be $3000 but they only wanted to give me $2000 for it and when I asked they were like yeah we gave you $1000 off somewhere else. They didn't stack offers like other dealers did but when I said I am working with another dealer their pricing dropped by $2500 magically which means they were just trying to rip me off that's why I said thanks but no thanks. They may or may not be good to work with if you can actually find a car you want but their website is such a train wreck that it's next to impossible to find out whether they have any vehicles in stock that you want to go look at. They give a huge list of cities where they have dealerships but regardless of which city's dealership you click on the same 3 or 4 pictures of vehicles that they have for sale, pop up. They only list a total of 109 used vehicles although they report having dealerships in approximately 10 cities. They won't tell you the price upfront. Horrible experience where do I start I put a downpayment on a car then they sold it. The dummy I am still wanted to do business with them they said I was approved for a car $1,000 cheaper but need an extra 1000 for the down payment we agreed to split the difference. Was told they were working on the car would be a day. Three days later told me I we didn't actually approve you we just needed the money first then told me I was denied. Had an appointment for a Wheel alingment on my jeep Grand Cherokee. It was scheduled a week and a half ahead of time. When I arrived for my schedualed appointment at 1:00 pm they had know record of it but they did already put some one on the left for an alignment. I guess if your thier friends you can knock others out of appointments to get your work done. they conveniently reschedualed for 2:00 pm same day. NOT HAPPY with JIM FALK MOTORS! tomorrow will be 3 wks they have had our truck. Last week we went by to check on it and they still didn't have the part because it wasn't ordered until they had it for over a week. Today they called and are still waiting on a tool they had to order from Colorado to pull the spark plug because it broke off. NOT HAPPY! We could have driven to Colorado to pick up the tool, stopped in KC to grab the part and fixed it our self for the same price and less than half the time! Did I mention NOT HAPPY WITH JIM FALK MOTORS WHAT'S WORSE! - This same repair was required before we even made our first payment! They did not disclose a known mechanical issue at the time of purchase nor did they offer to fix all of the other spark plugs under warranty at the time of the first repair. We just found out this motor has a class action lawsuit for this very issue for many years. They did not disclose this in good faith at the time of purchase! NO INTEGRITY - POOR BUSINESS JIM FALK! 1/8 - Towed to JIM FALK MOTORS 1/16 - They ordered the part 1.18 - We stopped and checked on truck and they told us the part had just been ordered 2 days ago and was coming from Kansas City. {We could have driven to KC and back in 3 hours and brought them the part had we known it would take that long!.} 1/21 - They called to tell us it was not done and that it would also require an oil change after the repair. Chuck told them that was not included in the repair quote he had approved and that they were going to do that complementary for the amount of time it has taken on the repair already. 1/23 - Called to check on truck and had to leave a message 1/25 - Left another message 1/28 - They called this afternoon to say they are now waiting on a tool from Colorado... Interesting there is no Ford dealership or parts supplier closer they could borrow or buy the tool from. Lesson #1 - Never buying a Ford Truck again! I have been in the Auto Detailing business in Lincoln, Ne for 32 years. My motto has always been to take care of the customer and do the best job that you can. I put a new set of wheels on a customer's Suburban a week ago. He had to make a trip to Branson yesterday and on his way, the lug nuts came loose outside of Clinton, Mo. The customer called and I immediately got online and checked for the nearest GM dealership. I called Jim Falk Motors and spoke to Zach Bralich in Service 15 minutes before they closed. Zach listened to my story and said he had one tech left. He spoke to the tech and called me back and said the garage door was open for my customer to pull in at closing time. Zach and the tech stayed there and replaced three studs on one wheel and put all new lug nuts on the other wheels. You do not get that kind of service and dedication just anywhere. I can't say enough about Jim Falk Motors and the staff there. I am grateful for what they did! I currently own four GM SUV's and the next one I buy will come from Clinton, Mo. I bought a 2011 Cadillac Escalade Platinum edition from these jokers, they didn't show the pic of the factory 22" wheels missing a hub cap, the battery was dead the morning after I bought it, and to top it all off, today marks my 90 days since I purchased the car and I STILL don't have a title for the car, they messed up my paperwork and lost the title, I get the run around every time I talk to them about it, it's almost comical at this point but I still don't have plates for my car 90 days later. When I do talk to them they say they will call me back and get right on top of it. Then I never hear anything back, for 3 months strong now. My first transaction I did online and over the phone. I then drove to their dealership for the trade of vehicles. We have since built a trust both ways and have traded multiple vehicles since 2010. I have purchased 3 new Cadillacs, 1 used Cadillac and a used Jeep. I had a trade in on each vehicle. After the first transaction I have had them deliver my new purchases to my door at no charge. ok.. starting at beginning.. Called off dealer website. Verified the car that i wanted was there. Talked to Rodney, siad he personally inspected car and it was perfect. I stated that I would drive down the next day and pick it up. If it was as good as he said then it was good enough for me. After he had me do a credit app and do paperwork he said that they would get it to me next week or so. I told him I on way to pick it up he stoopoped me and told me that it would be in the body shop for a week... for minor blemishes... A whole week... well I passed on that one... he lied to me.. oh well... Now a month later I get the bright idea to suck it up and try again.. I look on the internet and they say that there is 5 or 6 to choose from with the options that I wanted. I talked via there live chat to make sure that the car was there and ready to sell. They state that they have it ready to go .. I drive an hour and a half, cash in hand, to get this car. I get to the dealer and low and behold, NO CAR. . OH WELL lets take a look and another one that was listed... NO CAR... oh well do you have any of these cars... No.. they sold this morning. I as the manager ther"do you have any 2012 chevy Volts.. his reply...OK... no.. do you have any volts with navigation.. his reply ..."OK" again am I not stating this correcftly ... do you have this car in stock... His reply again...."OK" The man in the corner office was such a MORON that he could not answer my question. It gets even better from here but I feel that I am waisting my time . I do not normally report on dealerships but, this one really bothered me A LOT. I have now bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. The first one went smooth and no problems great customer service/fast and easy documentation just awesome. Then I traded to my second car and then it all started to go down hill. I got a brand new Malibu and it was delivered to me dent in my back driver side door and a engine light that would not go off. It took them 2 and half weeks to get it down and back to me. Inside those 2 weeks I had 3 cars for a rental until it gets done. There was one car that had to come get and give me another due to it being sold online. Then the car they brought me they left me with no dealer tag to even drive it. I worked over 45 minutes from home. Thank goodness I had a an extra car at the time for the car they brought me had no tags to go. Then I thought I finally thought well I give them one more shot. I just got married, my husband wanted a 4-Wheel drive Patriot. So I thought "OK" I am going to call the salesmen that I had worked with before explained to them what I wanted and we had a trade with no lien on it jewed them to a proper price and told them that they did not have to meet us at our home we would meet them half way to do the trade and the paperwork with their driver. At 12:30 p.m. that day my husband and I went to meet the driver supposedly to be there at 4:00 p.m. that day which I confirmed with the finance guy. 3:15 P.M. came and we had not heard from the driver so I called from the road to see what was going on, the Patriot was not out of the shop yet and had not left Clinton yet. I was livid by the point because when a customer is told one thing and another thing happens after 2 cars bought you should take care of the customer. So finally the driver calls and would not be to meet us until 4:15 PM which turned out to be 4:30 PM. We signed our pages and gave over the keys to our Cherokee to the driver. We get one exit down from were we picked up our Patriot and get a phone call that the Cherokee would not start. I was driving our car that day and it drove like a dream not a problem at all. It started every time I turned it off and on. We get the vehicle started and then the driver was explained to that to put it in gear you bring it start down and to the right cause if you go to the left you will have the Cherokee in manual 9 spd transmission mode. So as we thought everything was fine we all head our separate ways we get another phone calls saying the vehicle was not driving correctly and acting not right. I then informed my salesmen that I drove the car and it drove like a dream without any problems what so ever. we explained to him about the gear shifter having to be all the way down and to the right due to the manual mode. He agreed with that on the Cherokee. We were told our paper was going to be in the mail soon at that point. The next day in the light we found a dent and scratch on our Patriot and texted our salesmen and did not hear from him until 3 days later. Kevin had called my husband about the dent and scratch. My husband informed him we found it and you have to look at i just right in the due to the color is silver. Kevin said he would get back to us we still have not heard from him on the dent and the scratch. in the mean time we looked over the vehicle even closer and found it needed new tires. In which we went and paid $600+ for 4 new tires for the vehicle as well. As we were picking up the last tire for a spare making it 5 tires at this point the customer satisfactory girls called. My husband informed them of the paperwork to us and tires being put on and along with the dent and scratch that we had not heard of conclusion on. Today, we get a phone call saying the Cherokee had to have a 450.00 battery and a transmission overhaul with is bullshit in my book cause the vehicle drove like a dream when I dropped it with the driver. My husband in turn called the local jeep dealer here in our town and found out a battery for the Cherokee costs $160.00 not $450.00. SO this very much pisses me off that a lie has to be added to the already lies that a customer of past and present not the future is having to deal with. They informed my husband that we did not disclose this my husband blew up about the car not having a thing wrong with it only to be jumped to the battery was dead. Still as of now we have no answer to the dent and scratch on our Patriot and finally just maybe our paperwork should be here tomorrow. I am not happy at all. I gave this place 3 tries and I believe 3 strikes your out of here. We will not be back for another car/suv. You do not treat a Veteran that served our country and his wife that kind of treatment I would want a repeat customer wouldn't you especially when 3 vehicles now have been bought from them. read more

I was quoted a job to be around 300.00 dollars and likely not more than 500.00 for a dipstick tube that took me 20 min to replace from the ground under the vehicle. They even went as far as looking it up on the computer and telling me that it required me to have the transmission pulled. their sales tactics are shady and they don't value the customer. I bought my truck from them and after putting less than 1,000 miles on it, it began misfiring. I took it in and explained that I had 2 cylinders misfiring and recommended their services to change out the plugs for another horrible price and suggested I do their engine flush for 200.00. They still charged me the 50.00 diagnosis fee and I took it home and changed the plugs myself. when I got home the 2 plugs that were misfiring were loose enough that I took them out by hand. the rest is open for the interpretation but my point is that they don't value the customer and they are shady. read more

This was BY FAR the best buying experience we have ever had. Chantel worked hard for her sale, even through my indecision she was patient and understanding. As our salesperson, we were able to watch her in action take care of several customers at once making us all feel important and worthy of her time....while still never being pushy....She's amazing! The dealership was organized with a large attractive inventory for everyone's need. The paperwork went quickly once we made up our mind, the dickering was minimal and respectable to the customer. This experience renewed my hope in what we need more of in the good ole USA........OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dotting the i's and crossing the T's seemed the norm here. We are planning on using them as our service provider for the future because they have gone out of their way to make it possible...even though we live over 50 miles away! Bad experience. I drove an hour and a half to look at and test drive a used truck on their lot. The salesman that came to me and went with me on the test drive knew nothing about the vehicle, I seemed to be telling him more about the vehicle then he knew about it. When I asked him questions such as what motor the vehicle had in it he answered wrong and when I asked about audio equipment in the vehicle he told me the previous owner had installed it in the vehicle when the description of the vehicle clearly stated that the dealerships sales manager had the vehicle outfitted by another source. I then showed him the description of the vehicle on their website. He informed me the vehicle had Bluetooth which It didn't. After the test drive I went into this dealership and had a credit check and was told that I would be sent home that day and was asked to send pictures of my trade and pictures of odometer so they could value my trade in. This took place 7/21/16. I was told by sending the pictures I would receive a call back. Well, day three of waiting for a return call I went to their website and truck was no longer on their listing of used vehicles. So I'm assuming sold. In my opinion if they are working out trade values and looking at banks for financing that's a verbal agreement between Jim Falk and I. And the vehicle should not of been sold to another party without so much as a phone call to me. Jim Falk's website clearly states about their philosophy, which is to "Take care of the customer". I fail to see how that is taking care of the customer. To me that's selling a vehicle out from under a person and it's very disrespectful. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Don't buy a vehicle from these con artist unless you want to be taken advantage of. I bought a crew cab z71 and on the premise that according to them it was in excellent shape with no accidents and no body damage spent a lot of money having them customize the truck with all new interior, lift kit, and wheels and tires, to the tune of $6,500. When they delivered the truck the back passenger door had obviously been hit and looked like it had been fixed in somebody's garage still having dings etc. the first time I washed it the paint flaked off around the door handle.(cheap cheap paint job on door) There was to spots on the roof where the paint was gone down to the primer. The tint on the back glass and driver side back door is bubbled extremely bad. All the kick plates that go between your door jam and the carpet when you open the door all have broken clips and were simply laying there loose. Noticed this about 3 days into having it when my foot bumped one and it fell to the ground. One of the vents in the dash is broken and fell out when going to adjust it. It was missing the antenna. They charged the battery right before they delivered it so it would start and after it sat for two days I went to drive it and realized battery was not only dead but half the cells were dead so I had to buy new battery. Cigarette lighter won't work when you try and use it it blows the fuse. Granted besides the door and roof paint these are all relatively small issues but these are all things that I didn't expect from a so called reputable car dealer. These are things you expect from con artist, remember they told me excellent condition no issues, no accidents. Called them and told them about all of this and knowing they weren't going to address the door and roof thought maybe they would at least make good on the kick panels, antenna, and air vent. They promised to send an antenna which I never received after several calls And said they wouldn't do anything about the kick panels and air vent because they didn't have anyway of knowing that I didn't damage those items, (so now I'm the un honest one). Why did I buy it you ask? Because after being a sucker and taking them at their word about the condition of the truck they said they would need a $1,000 deposit to get started on the customization. When I told them I wasn't happy with the truck upon arrival to my house in central Arkansas they informed me I didn't have to buy it but they would be keeping my deposit. DONT BUY FROM THEM THERES A GOOD CHANCE YOULL REGRET IT SOME WAY SOME HOW!!!! read more
