We have used 6 or 7 different realtors both commercial and residential, to sell our properties in different cities. We met Lyndasue a year ago when she called us and wanted to represent us on our listing agent for two properties we wanted to sell in San Rafael. She has listed and sold 3 of our Marin properties. Lyndasue is so far superior to any other realtors we did business with that we wish she would open offices in the other cities where we have properties for sale. I don't think she really needs this Yelp review given her track record, but I am going to write it anyway. We have purchased over 2 homes in the last few years, so we thought we did not need anything special as an agent and originally had an internet real estate broker. It was a really bad decision to save a few bucks. That agent in Marin couldn't get access to listings, especially before market listings or have rapport/relationships. It makes a big difference in competitive places like Marin/Tiburon. With our prior agent, we lost on a home bid by very little who seemed clueless. In any case Shana was the opposite. We had several friends who told us Shana was the one. I also looked at some real estate data nationwide (the one that WSJ uses to track real estate sales, and I think Shana's transactions is by far the largest in Marin). She worked tirelessly to show listings very quickly. Every agent knew her. She knew exactly how much a seller would want so we wouldn't waste time looking at places beyond our range. She also seemed to have a good feel of what we were more interested in for our price range and home features. We found a nice home that fit what we were looking for (location, family friendliness, community, modern) off MLS and Shana made the deal happen so fast and we closed in less than 3 weeks. She got an inspector to come before the city inspection and close of escrow. I don't think we could have done this deal without her. If you are looking to buy or sell in Tiburon or Marin, she is the one!
