I wasn't the right fit for their culture and I was tired of sales so I made a career change. Their construction staff were all very skilled and preformed incredible work. They are still doing business in Jackson and Big Sky. Both are small communities and a construction company doesn't stay in business for nearly 30 years in a small community if they are dishonest or perform low quality work. Are they perfect? of course not, but from what I experience they performed very high quality work. I left in 2018, so maybe things have changed, but I have no evidence to support that. I saw a few instances where that relationship broke down and clients were not as happy as they could have been, but I never saw ownership do anything to dishonest. The owner can be a harsh to the staff, but that is very common in construction.

Its bad enough that we have to listen to it from our porch watching the sunset but then to be woken up this early is bad business practice. Have some respect for the neighborhood your business resides. Do better.
