Upon leaving the rental we requested some sort of refund based upon the home's condition and the issues we dealt with. No credit was given. Stay far away from them.

They went on to try to exhort money from me claiming I did not pay my application fee to a collection agency! Crazy! The attorney General of Colorado has been notified if this rackets illegal practices . Do not apply to their listings they want your application fee not to find you a rental home. They belong in jail- crooks!
