However, my most recent visits have been deeply disappointing due to interactions with two employees, Julie and Komona. Over the past three weeks, I visited the dealership twice and encountered significant difficulties dealing with Julie and Komona. Despite my strong credit history and proven track record as a customer, I was misinformed and treated unfairly. Julie incorrectly told me that my FICO score was significantly lower than it actually is--something I know firsthand, as I have been working diligently for two years to improve it. She also stated that I would need a cosigner, which turned out to be false. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to another location of the same brand. Within an hour and a half, I was approved for the exact same vehicle--without a cosigner and with a better interest rate. That vehicle is now being allocated to me, and I'll be picking it up in the next 10 days. What disappoints me most is that I've been a loyal customer, and I've even helped this dealership with sponsorship opportunities in the past. I expected honesty, transparency, and a level of respect that simply wasn't given during my last two visits. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I will not be returning to this location, nor will I refer others here as I have in the past. I'll be sending them to the Eldorado location instead, where I was treated fairly and professionally. My wife took her Corvette in for an oil change last week. She left with an estimate to replace the…read morebrakes, rotors, and windshield wipers for $1786. The car has 30,588 miles on it. I called the service dept after she left that day and questioned them about the brake job. I was informed, with attitude, that they inspected the brakes and rotors and that price included labor. She had 2 different brake specialist inspect the brakes today. Absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes. I will add that I purchased a Cadillac from them in 2014 and have always had the Corvette serviced there. It won't be taken back.
