This was a behemoth of a tree 80 feet tall with a 120 inch trunk circumference. Here was the challenge, there was no way to get a boom truck or any other equipment into my back yard so they had to do the whole thing old school, piece by piece. Now one might say it's not that big a deal, but my back yard is a fully mature landscape which includes all the lighting, sculptures, a building, a gazebo and irrigation. Rocky and the team removed that monster down to a 6" stump and left my yard clean and pristine. Rocky's Tree Service is prompt, communicated with us on meeting times, was able to respond quickly and got the job done all in less than a day. That is ridiculous. I reached out to the owner about the situation and he essentially said because I had paid him the money, that that was on me. Do not pay these guys upfront for anything and in my opinion, don't hire them.
