Last year, we needed an extra copy of our taxes (electronic or paper, didn't matter) and we called to request. Receptionist put me into his voicemail and I left a message. No return call. I emailed. Still no reply. Second call. No reply. I finally just went in and requested in person. This year, we had questions about the unemployment tax being refunded. The receptionist had no idea and Richard, once again, did not return our call after we left a message. We will not be using them in the future.

Finally got our packet and our taxes done, was told we were all set and would see the tax refund in our account within 2-4 weeks. Time went by and nothing... we called for an update and they told us "oh we forgot to have you sign something".......frustrating. We signed the document and got the refund within days but should have had it sooner. They just sent us our bill, we called to discuss it and nobody answered. Left voicemails and still have not heard back. Overall, they seem disorganized and the communication is not great.

It cost me waaay more for her to do the adjustments for the end of the year quarter estimated taxes than what I would have saved by not paying the excess taxes (which would have been refunded in April). She had no memory for what we had agreed to in regard to the way I planned to pay the taxes. I think she had too many other clients to remember me. I'm " Gone with the Wind." My bill for her doing my taxes was more than twice what I paid from the first accountant. She should have been a gruby lawyer.
