Selling a home after a family member passes away is always going to be super stressful, but my…read moresituation was especially difficult because the home my late uncle owned in Vegas was co-owned by my ailing grandmother, and I was out of the state trying to manage her care. From the moment I reached out to him, Tony (and, later, his associate Rachael DiPietro) made the homeselling process incredibly smooth, keeping me in the loop at each step of the way, instantly responding to every question I had, and making sure to look out for our family's best interests. After a couple phone calls, I met him in person when I flew in to Vegas to move some things out of the home, and he checked every box, just a genuinely smart, knowledgable person. He went above and beyond at every step, hiring the contractors to clean the home, handle landscaping, and photograph it for sale. He literally got on his hands and knees with a bottle of Goo Gone to remove a bunch of carpet tape marks left in the kitchen! Who does that?? As for the sale, we ended up with multiple bids right away and it closed above asking. Except for one notary signing, everything was handled remotely and digitally, which was exactly what we needed at this difficult time. I don't know how it could have gone any smoother. Incredibly impressed, I can't recommend him highly enough.

Tony and Rachael were absolutely amazing and we could not have asked for better realtors. From the…read morebeginning they were incredibly dedicated to our experience. We joked that Tony was like a ninja with how fast he would respond to our questions. Thanks to their experience and guidance we were able to put in a clean offer and land our dream home! It was actually only the second home we toured with Tony on the same day we met him but the moment we walked in we just knew it was the one. We sadly never got the chance to meet Rachael in person but she was always right there to help whenever Tony was tied up. Before choosing them we had interviewed a few different realtors. We ended up going with Tony and Rachael because they genuinely cared about helping their clients find the right home and they were one of the only teams who actually responded quickly on a weekend. During the interview Tony impressed us with his honesty and his passion for negotiating. He told us he lives for the deal and that he believes winning an offer is not always about paying the highest price. He focuses on asking the right questions to understand what the seller actually wants and then crafts a strong offer based on that insight. He has great rapport with other agents in town and his experience, creativity, and willingness to put real skin in the game really stood out to us. We also appreciated his transparency about fees. He explained that there are no hidden broker costs on his end and that he builds his business on referrals and ethics. His contract allows sellers to cancel within twenty four hours and also allows clients to replace him if needed, which told us he stands by his service. Another thing that surprised us in a good way was that he did not push any lenders or inspectors on us. He said he has people he can recommend but he preferred that we find inspectors and lenders we felt confident about which was refreshing. When we bought a home in California our previous agent tried to package everything together which felt limiting. Tony actually encouraged us to pick someone with more than twenty years of experience and to make sure they used a thermal imaging scanner. When we toured the first house with Tony he ripped that place apart in the best way possible. He pointed out misaligned cabinets, strange dead spaces, backyard noise and everything else you can think of. That was the moment we knew he was not just trying to make a quick sale. He was honest with us and wanted us to get something we would genuinely love. So when the next house turned out to be the one we wanted to put an offer on we trusted his judgment. It helped that so many people in Vegas knew his name and told us he was one of the best. Tony was with us through every part of the process from the inspection to the final walkthrough. He even negotiated seller credits for us even though the inspection report came back pretty clean. What truly sets Tony apart though is that he continued to check in with us even after closing. He and Rachael also gave us a thoughtful little gift to help cover the dents the sellers left behind when removing their staging furniture. After moving in, we discovered glue traps and rat traps in the attic along with some recently dead rats which clearly had not been disclosed. Tony and Rachael jumped in right away and were able to get the sellers to cover the pest removal cost which was such a relief because we really thought we were going to have to pay for that ourselves. They went above and beyond for us from start to finish and even after closing. We would absolutely recommend Tony and Rachael to anyone looking to buy or sell in Vegas! We are so grateful that we found them and we almost can't wait to buy another house just so we can work with them again hehe.

He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. But most importantly, he was honest and considered my best interest in the decisions he recommended, which the other reviews here will also attest to. I actually found Shane through Yelp and am very happy that I made contact. I know who I'm going to the next time I have a real estate-related issue.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

Great in every step of the process. Longer: when I was looking for a house, I contacted Steve letting him know I was serious about buying. He asked for some initial paperwork and was able to get a pre-approval letter to my agent quickly so that I could make offers on a house I wanted. With his many years of experience, he knows what the lenders are looking for and the likelihood of approval at a certain amount. He was honest with me about my buying potential and was able to be flexible in the pre-approval letter to tailor to the offer. Then when the offer was accepted, he set up an appointment to go through my options. Steve was able to explain all of the numbers and make sure there were no hidden fees or other numbers I didn't understand. He went through all interest options and showed me competitive rates (I compared to an agent at BofA and Steve was competitive with better service and explanation). He explained how the interest worked and the historical fluctuation so that we could lock in a good rate. because of him, I was able to lock in a lower rate before they jumped up with the volatility of the stock market. He saved me thousands of dollars. Then once we locked the rate, he was hands on through the entire process to make sure that the lender approved my application. I was able to reach him anytime thought txt and phone, if he was busy he would call usually within a few hours. In my case, there was a question regarding the square footage of the home, and he made sure the appraiser verified the area. He was a great champion to make sure I was approved. Any paperwork that was needed, he worked with me and gave me many options on providing the information. Through the buying process, Steve was in communication with my agent to make sure the process was going smoothly. Again, with his years of experience, he was able to ask questions regarding the buying process that I would not have thought of, and he did it in order to protect me. When the load was approved, he went through me the numbers again to make sure I understood everything for closing. Once closed, he reached out again to see how it was and make sure everything was still good. Even after his job/portion was complete, he continued to communicate to answer questions that came up, like regarding homestead or weekly vs. monthly payments and the letters I received regarding adjusting my payments. He was great from beginning to end and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Throughout the entire process, she made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know she has many. Maryann immediately stepped in, recommended another insurance company, and helped me secure coverage that not only solved the problem but also saved me approximately $900 per year. She was always available whenever I texted or called, and whenever an issue arose, she addressed it immediately and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. That kind of responsiveness is rare. As a retired Human Resources Director, I've spent my career evaluating people and recognizing exceptional talent. When I find someone who is intelligent, highly competent, proactive, and truly gets things done, that's the kind of professional I want to work with. Maryann is exactly that person.
