I was back and forth a thousand times with requests and changes in such a short period of time. She never got irritated or upset and always got back to me promptly. At the end of the day we asked if they could use specific Cajun and Jamaican recipes from my own personal files. Without hesitation they agreed to do so, and while we were all holding our breath the food tasted DELICIOUS and was SPOT ON with the flavors. My friend was so happy with the outcome and almost 80 people ate it all and raved about how good it was. The presentation of the food was so beautiful. I can't believe I didn't take a photo of it. Now, let me tell you about their staff. They are BOMB! Mizuna's waitstaff, bartenders, etc. were simply awesome. Respectful, helpful, patient, and seemed so happy to be employed by them.
