This place is located on Water Street and parking is as simple as pulling off the side of the road and finding an open spot. There are no parking lines, of course. Walking up to the food truck, you can tell that this place has been a Fitchburg staple for decades. Upon closer inspection of the signage and windows, you can see some modern flourishes driven by the community. A lot of the signage is clearly AI generated but they add fun flavor and color to the aesthetic without feeling like corporate slop. Next to the food truck is a small canopy area and three wooden tables meant to comfortably seat 4-6 people each. Paul was a delight to talk to and I can tell that he is a kind soul who only wants to help the community. The chili was very flavorful and surprised me that there was some heat in there. The wiener was interesting - I've never tried one that was a pale color like this. AI tells me it's an uncured hotdog? If so, then I need more of this because I personally don't like hot dogs due how salty they are and this wiener was perfect. I like that there was care to pour a bit of chili in under the wiener before pouring the rest over it. The bun was not soggy at all either. Moms Sloppy Joes on a Toasted Roll ; I was a little disappointed by how small this portion was. I also felt like it could've been a little more saucy or moist. After all "sloppy" joes makes you imagine a messy sandwich. Anyway the flavor was on point but it really just leaves you wanting so much more. Spicy Fries (small) ; I had to double-check this. The fries are super super super lightly seasoned. I'm not even sure if I captured it in my picture. Maybe I'm expecting too much since I had 5 Guys literally a couple of days ago, but this gave me a "are you kidding me?" gut reaction. Well, they're fries and they were nicely crispy. nothing to write home about. Despite my middling opinion on two of the three items, I have to remind myself that I just purchased three menu items and paid less than $14 total. That's a really good price, and because of that I think I should really adjust my expectations. Next time? I'm ordering TWO sloppy joes. The Fitchburger and Leomonster look like fun choices too.

Give him the benefit of the doubt and book him for our block party two weeks later. Because of the no show the first time I sent a confirmation email the day before the event and he confirms that he will be there. But once again, NO SHOW. We had kids in tears because we promised an ice cream truck and no one arrived. I am completely shocked that a business could be so unprofessional. Despite multiple confirmations and affirmations that he would be at two separate parties, he never showed. So two times in less than a month he was a no-show. I would suggest using a different company if you want the ice cream truck to actually come to your party. I would never have left this review if this were a one time event, but for it to happen to the same person two times is a trend. Obviously we will never use them again and I would warn people about using them too.
