This place randomly closes whenever they want. There have been 4 occasions in the last 2 months when I attempted to eat at this location well within normal business hours and they were closed (between 5 and 6 pm on various days). Normally I don't post reviews on fast food establishments but I had to write one on this because my experience was unbelievable. Never had an issue and being local I frequent this location maybe once a week after daughter's art class. The past two visits have been not so good as my daughter always gets the #5 plain little John. For the past two visits they have been out of little John bread. Fine, I get it so to make it work I would order a regular size and split it with one side plain other side with veggies. I have done this twice from previous visits when they have no little John's. Well this last visit, again they had no little John so I placed my order and proceed to do my substitute of the split sandwich which now I was told they could not do it. I was already flustered that this was the 3rd time they had no little John's and I had always placed this substitute. But was told sorry they could not do it. Well I will not be going there from this point on. Maybe profit on little John's aren't as great so the franchisee intentionally doesn't make the little John. I don't know but they just lost a weekly regular customer. read more

I ordered a #11 with all freebies. When I get home no freebies at all. I go back and the rude lady takes my sandwich and throws in the trash. They make a new sandwich and put so much oil and vinegar that when I opened the wrapper it pours out of the sandwich. Why is she mad at me for her mistake? Horrible customer service. How do they only have one driver and yet don't realize they should apologize after a one sandwich order taking over an hour. No wonder this place has low reviews. First time ever going to Jimmy John's today and it will be my last. I ordered the veggie sandwich and it was awful! It wasn't cut in half whIch made it hard to eat. I couldn't see or taste the avocado, the only veggies on it were lettuce, tomato cucumber and I got to add sprouts. No options for anything else available (ie: spinach, pickles, olives, peppercinis, bell peppers, onion, etc). I got it with the Jimmy mustard, and they put so much on, it overpowered the entire sandwich. So disappointed. read more

My husband loves deli sandwiches and so we gave Jimmy John's a try. My husband ordered the gigantic and the girls made it exactly how he likes it, lots of meat and no veggies . Chris was the one who helped us place the order for our team banquet. It was a last-minute banquet due to covid and we had over 65 sandwiches to order. He was amazing and so patient and detailed since some of our players had allergies. He went above and beyond to make sure he double-checked the ingredients of chips and cookies. I can't thank him enough for all his help with our banquet. The guys who delivered went above and beyond as well! Matt, Gavin, and I think it was Logan who all helped us so much. We were shorthanded and they helped us with the EZups and set out the sandwiches! I can't thank them all enough!! Last night my wife stopped off to pick up sandwiches on her way home. Very disappointing at the quality and quantity. Very thin sandwiches with very small amounts of anything, very little meat and other toppings. Like eating just bread. Let's face it, nothing ever looks like the pictures anyone uses in advertising, but seriously they should look at least similar, last night there was no comparison almost to the point of misleading advertising. Last time for us at least at this location, much better sandwiches at our neighborhood SUBWAY, at least we get full portions on those sandwiches and better prices. Jimmy John's cuts portions to raise profits. We eat out almost everyday and I'd much rather pay more than get less, we have stopped going to several restaurants with the lack of customer service, food quality and quantity and this location will be removed from our places of choices to dine as well read more
