I feel like I only come here whenever they are doing their pickle sandwich promotion. I have bought the pickle sandwich twice here before on two different occasions. Both times I was served right away. The staff was very knowledgeable on their promotion and were able to explain what the pickle meal entailed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The pickle sandwich was very good if you like pickles. The ingredients tasted fresh. Definitely a gimmicky item to eat but at least it was delicious. Okay so we LOVE Jimmy John's. But EVERY time we come here to grab dinner they're doing closing things an hour and half before they close. Why were they removing the soda machine nozzles at 6:30 but they close at 9? They're rude when you ask for items you ordered (cups, peppers on the side). The chairs are constantly on the tables. I order from this restaurant for delivery CONSTANTLY. Probably over 50 times since I've moved to Corona in 2021. Placing an order with them is always easy and the people here are always polite and so nice. My delivery orders have never taken over 15 minutes. The service here is absolutely wonderful and my order is ALWAYS correct and always made perfectly. Literally not a single time that it hasn't been perfect. I repeated my order three times just to make it clear and I open my sandwich at home and it's made wrong. My order was just one sandwich, how hard can it be? Been to this location several times and each time it gets worse. Food is fine I guess but there are always problems. They have never had the toasted subs and apparently never will. One of the kids working there said the owner didn't want to spend money to purchase the toasters to prepare them. SAFTY WARNING!!! 3 out of 5 times I been here they served me stale hard bread on both my sandwiches. The kinda that shreds apart the roof of your mouth. It's the same employees too from 8/12/25 night shift... I'm not sure if the owners arnt involved with management or it's the employees just sabotaging the business. These guys know what stale bread feels and sounds like and instead of throwing it out serve it to paying customers. 50/50 chance you're rolling the dice if you get a sandwich at this location that you'll get stale mouth shredding bread. Unbelievably racist and rude workers here. I am clearly a Muslim they tried to take advantage of and ignore. I was treated horribly. Had the worst experience. Walked in to be ignored and told to wait for 15 minutes to see if my order would show up even after showing them proof of purchase. Shirene was so rude and made me wait and didn't bother letting me know if my order was done or not. I went up to them 3 separate occasions until Trinity said they are having issues with the app and I have to wait to get refunded and that I had to order again. The girl said she was the manager "Trinity" was her name. When I asked to speak to the head of the store she said she was the head of the store as I heard laughter in the back. I asked for the corporate number and she gave me a discontinued number. When I called back, Shirene picked up and said oh please hold and talk to my manager and she hung on me as I heard laughter again. I called back and they hung up again. Disgusting behavior by this unwelcoming and racist environment. They double charged me. Made me wait 30 minutes and my food came out horrible. The reviews are already horrible and speak of their ill manners and ignoring customers. I am not sure if they gave me real names and I hope the real store manager reevaluates who she is hiring. First, I give the Tuna Salad Sandwich a 5 Star Rating. When I unpacked the box, I discovered they had forgotten my Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. I called to let them know; they gave me two options, credit or delivery of my Oatmeal Cookie. I really wanted my cookie, choosing delivery instead of credit. Fire time husband and I stopped in here. We've heard good things about their subs and decided to give them a try. Both of us ordered the regular 8" size and literally got 3 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers on our sandwiches. Also, extremely little avocado spreading even any at all, we can't tell and can't even see/taste it. We are both super disappointed. Won't be back. The amount of turkey on mine was good but the veggies...the cheapest part was sad. My husband ordered a veggie and it was so skimpy. Edited to add that none of the workers were wearing masks. The sandwich tastes like the pictures on the menu. Lick the menu first and see if you like it. If you don't then don't order anything bc thats what the sandwhich tastes like. NOTHING. I'm glad they made a jimmy johns closer to me so that way I don't have to travel to the next city to get some. The place is now down the street from me and I couldn't be happier. I love their gargantuan sandwich. It comes with a ton of meat and it will certainly hit the spot for most people. They are fast at making the sandwiches so that is always a plus. Normally I don't post reviews on fast food establishments but I had to write one on this because my experience was unbelievable. Never had an issue and being local I frequent this location maybe once a week after daughter's art class. The past two visits have been not so good as my daughter always gets the #5 plain little John. For the past two visits they have been out of little John bread. Fine, I get it so to make it work I would order a regular size and split it with one side plain other side with veggies. I have done this twice from previous visits when they have no little John's. Well this last visit, again they had no little John so I placed my order and proceed to do my substitute of the split sandwich which now I was told they could not do it. I was already flustered that this was the 3rd time they had no little John's and I had always placed this substitute. But was told sorry they could not do it. Well I will not be going there from this point on. Maybe profit on little John's aren't as great so the franchisee intentionally doesn't make the little John.
