I used this business through Home depot to get a storm door installed. The pictures speak for…read morethemselves. This guy left stains on my siding from the black caulking he used to seal up the frame. Then he left the corner dented and said "no problem, it's secure". I asked him to fix it, and he took pliers to the corner and made it worse. You can see the type of finish that was left. To top it all off, as you can see my security camera was dropped while he did the installation. Ahmed told us he dropped the camera, and offered to reinstall it. I told him I would need to look it over before re-installing it. When I went to fix it, I noticed it wasn't working any more. I tried everything to troubleshoot and was finally told it was a hardware problem by the company. The batteries no longer fit secure from the fall. When I brought this to Ahmed's attention, he flat out refused to take responsibility because I don't have "video proof" of him dropping the camera. I offered to show him the camera and let him inspect it, to which he refused. I store my videos locally when I plug in the camera and do not use a subscription service so I could not provide the video as the camera no longer plugs in after bring dropped by Ahmed. Again, he refused to accept responsibility. I told him I would be writing a review to Home Depot and his response was to go ahead and he will reply to it, somehow stating I am in the wrong. At one point Ahmed tried to ask how does he know the camera was working to begin with? I told him I don't have time to install fake cameras or ones that don't work for the sake of trying to get a new one. Several hundred dollars later and I'm left with a crappy finish and a broken security camera. He will no doubt try to refute this review, but there is absolutely no reason for me to lie. In any event, please save yourself the hassle, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
