Another company was booked a month out and recommended Dunns so I called back, listened to the message this time and sent a text like it said. Before Jarrod even got my text he called me back on a no VM left call. I wouldn't do that but he sure did! He got us totally cleaned out today, I called Tuesday and it's Thursday. Very responsive with letting me know when he'd show and what to do after. Took Venmo since myself and my husband are at work. Pricing was fair IMO and the same as the company that's been around for years who recommended them. Overall I'm very pleased. No more smell in or outside now!
