The utility room floor is still untouched, and getting worse. We've been trying to get them to fix everything and they are refusing. They even tried to deny working on the house at first because we paid cash. This has been going on for over a year now. We have the IL Attorney General involved, but Woods still has yet to rectify anything. We are expecting Woods to do the right thing especially with such a big motto to live up to and apparently with all this money they have to spend on paying people for good ratings; how about just do the right thing and earn the good rating like a good company does. Do the right thing Woods and fix our home so we don't have to go any further in this case. We know you can and we appreciate that.

He also left the remnants of the foam all over the concrete, vinyl siding, storm door, porch post, and soffit. They sent another employee out to clean the mess. However he only came with a wire wheel and grinder to remove the foam. That just makes everything look worse. Supposedly a manage at the company was to come out and find a solution. He cancelled the 1st appointment and we can't seem to get a phone call returned. I think they are avoiding us!
